Michael & Max made our experience at Mazda a great one! We walked in last Thursday to get my sister the new Soul Red Mazda 6 for her Birthday. Michael showed us the cars available at their location, and when he realized we were looking for something in specific he offered to take us to their lot which is a located a few miles away from the dealership. My sister took her time picking the right car, and Mike was very patient and helpful. He even let us drive the car back to the dealership as test drive by ourselves! He gave us a great deal and never try to oversell or push us to buy anything extra, only made suggestions which I appreciate. He then introduced us to Max who did our paperwork. He was very speedy and knowledgeable and made us feel welcomed and really comfortable. All around a great experience! Happy to have come back as a repeat client. Kudos to Mazda Culver City! I stopped by to drop off some papers the following Saturday and they were really busy. I am glad we went in on Thursday. They are definitely doing things right!
How good is Culver. I'd driven east to live for a while. The alternator died in Danbury, Ct. They told me they would not even open the hood of my car for at least a week. I actually called Martin at Culver City who within an hour found a towing truck to take it to Manhattan the next day, and I was driving home by the end of that next day.
I brought the car in because of a recall notice. They have a shuttle service that will take you home so you don't have to wait there but the guy was busy so they ordered a Lyft to take me home and then another to pick me up when my car was ready. I assumed they'd also tell me something else was wrong with my car and would need to be fixed, but they didn't. They put air in my tires, washed my car, and sent me on my way. Overall a very positive experience.
These guys are the real deal. Honest and no surprises. They made the car buying experience painless and easy. Great customer service and fairly fast in the finance dept. I will get my next car from this dealership. Thank God they are in my hometown - Convenient.
I had a large problem regarding my new Mazda 6 Touring Car. When given this information I couldn't believe it. After doing some research I found the problem was real. I went to Mazda and talked with GM Jeff Donnell to explain the problem. Even he couldn't believe it. After 15 mins he came and told me he was going to take of the problem himself and not to worry. The next day problem solved. I did not have to remind him or follow up. It just happened. It nice when someone does what they say they are going to do. Bought my Mazda 3 from this dealership. Buying process was smooth and a great learning experience. Abraham, Oscar, and Anthony are all superb, professional, and friendly associates. They care about my satisfaction, took the time to learn about who we are, take the time to assist and answer any questions I may have with no rush, and made me feel like part of the family. Thus far, highly recommended dealership.
I can't say anything about the quality of repair since I have yet to take my car in for a scheduled maintenance, but I'm expecting only the best when coming back for it in 6 months from now.

We bought our Mazda 3 here, and the purchase process was good. But the real standout has been the Service experience. The team is unfailingly polite and helpful. They have a nice customer lounge, with wifi, TV and snacks. I just wait for the car and work on email. Quick and fairly priced. Great team.

I was looking to buy a new car and walked into Galpin to look at the Continental. I was greeted by a salesman on the floor who was on his way to lunch. He referred me to Shaun Shahar. Shaun came out to meet me and I told him I wanted to test drive the car. I also told him the model, color and options I wanted. He happened to have that particular model on the lot. He had his associate Aaron take me for a test drive in the car. Aaron was well versed in all the features of the car. I took the car through its paces and I decided that the Continental just might be the car for me. I think Aaron was excellant and personable to work with. Once I got back to the showroom I spoke to Shaun about pricing and the financing options. He gave me his best price and the deal structure. I decided to think about it. There was no pressure of any kind put on me to buy. Shaun called me back the next day and I told him that I was still interested in the car. We went over the pricing again and made some adjustments in my favor. I stalled on the purchase price. He sounded so disappointed and I was too. The next day the sales manager called me and I told him I would buy the car with one final adjustment in price. He called me back 10 minutes and said we have a deal. I got into an Uber. Shaun sat down with me and went over the terms of the purchase. He explained it all to me in a clear and precise manner. I then signed all the paperwork. Then Shaun sat in the car with me and gave me a crash course on all of the features and how they operate. He was very patient as I soaked it all in. Then he gave me a rapid fire test and I passed with 100%. I felt competent to operate my new car and drove home. I have to tell you that it was a pleasure to work with Shaun and his associates. He made everything smooth and without causing any stress. I would recommend him to anyone I know that wants to buy a Lincoln or a Jag.
I was very please with the review of why I was bringing my Mazda 5 in for other than regular service. Explained my unusual symptom of the surging of the engine when foot on brake. Service jumped in behind the wheel and amazingly enough car did it in drive and neutral, and we were on our way to a solution. Was told there would be no delay to search out a part or low staffing issues with getting the car done that day. And again I was a drop in customer. Got a call about other items that were required to repair or update on my 2012 Mazda 5 pushing 90,000 miles. All was pretty standard and one repair answered why I was hearing a popping sound. Only one mishap. Picked up car before closing on a rainy day, had had wipers replaced. Left the dealer in the rain in lots of traffic. Passenger wiper was excellent. Driver's side wiper sounded like the rubber was solid and just streaked. Got home and went in to make dinner and forgot. Next day went across town for an event and same issues with wiper. Star call to thank me for choosing them and I reported about the wiper. Received a how to possibly take care of the issue as some clay preservative may be on the wiper, xxxx may be on the window. My husband check the wiper and the packing plastic blade protector was still on the wiper. All in all very happy with service and how my car is running. Would have been funny if it wasn't a rainy day. That is the reason for 4 stars, would have been a 4.75 if possible. Simple mishap, but disappointing as wiper blades were very important that evening driving home on a dark and rainy night.
I was welcomed warmly by Nathon, the service rep, and he answered all my questions and guided me to the waiting room. The waiting area had comfortable chairs, a nice selection of hot teas and coffee and healthy snacks. The service was quicker than expected (1 hour) and my check out experience was also fast and easy. The staff was kind and efficient. I will happily visit again!
I saw my dream car in this dealership through cars.com and sent them a message. They responded in a timely manner and invited me for a test drive. Next week I drove all the way from San Diego and Obi remembered me and the car I wanted! He was busy when I arrived but he made sure I was taken care of and sent me to Sergio, who was great. He took his time with me and made me feel really comfortable with the purchase I was making. At no point did I feel pressured into buying this car.
I also really appreciated that they took care of all the financial things (they dealt with my bank to get me approved for the loan).
The car itself was even better than I'd hoped for, and came with a 12 month/12000 mile warranty. Absolutely nothing was wrong with it (other than some minor wear and tear). They do have a no haggling policy, which I was perfectly fine with because the price was already unbeatable.

I don't usually leave reviews but I was beyond satisfied with Hertz Norwalk that I HAD to. This was my first time buying a car and before arroving i was nervous i wasnt going to leave with a car due to my credit, BUT everything was so amazing I thought it was too good to be true. My credit is horrible and they were actually able to work with me. When I say work with me I mean I was actually able to get the year/make/model for literally the monthly payments i was looking for and less than $2k down payment. Reggie was my sales associate and he was amazing and His supervisor amazing also was able to knock my monthly payments down twice. So yea they definitely work with you here and are very nice with great customer service. I highly suggest anyone trying to buy a car even with bad credit check out Hertz Norwalk . No Joke!
