I visited this dealership yesterday. Riley was amazing! Prior to visiting the dealership I called and spoke with Riley over the phone. Told him what I was looking for. When I got to the dealership I noticed it was very family-orientated. Took a test drive on the car that I had researched. Liked it. Finished the financing process, and was out of the dealership in about an hour. It was a refreshing view of a dealership and customer service! Thanks!
My wife and I were considering trading in our 2 cars and only have one. I did my research and knew what my price was going to be. We dealt with Tommy Smith as our sales rep. Tommy is young and eager but not pushy. He did an excellent job taking care of us. We also dealt with Mack. He worked hard to get to a price we could both agree on. The only problem was I was NOT aware or the dealer installed options to the tune of $1288. This extra amount was VERY close to a dealer breaker. Something has to be done to inform the buyer of the dealer options sooner in the buying process. Other than that the experience was as pleasant as buying a new vehicle can be. It did take much longer than I expected to finalize the sale.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. I recently bought a 2014 Dodge Durango from Dan at Precision fleet in Peoria. From the beginning to the end I felt no pressure to buy or any of the typical big dealer pressure. I came into service because of a leaking belt tensioner and the service was excellent! The service manager Dexter made sure they had the part in stock for me when I arrived. William was very pleasant and honest. The repair was completed under my extended warranty and he fought to have the belts replaced too because of the leak. I would recommend Avondale Mazda and William for your service needs!
