My experience with purchasing my BRAND new Honda Accord Sport at TEAM Honda the smoothest and easiest purchase. I so appreciate the professionalism of Mr. Kevin S. and the overall atmosphere of the dealership. I only encountered positive and helpful employees here with no pressure. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a positive shopping or buying experience. I drove all the way from Slidell to Baton Rouge to purchase my new car.
If you do not have the time / place to sell on your own, CarMax is perfect, BUT a little strategy might get you a better price. During the time before & during your car being appraised, you will be chatted up by an associate. They will ask you if you've checked online sources to get an idea of what the car is worth. It wouldn't hurt to spin this to your advantage. If I had to do it again I'd give them a slightly high target price that I want. They say they don't negotiate, but giving them your target up front might very well get you a higher price. Once they show you the results of the appraisal & price, that's final. You have to take it or leave it. Best of luck.
Service advisor, Pringle, was very courteous, knowledgeable and alerted me to a safety with a tire. In a walk around of my vehicle he a spotted a nail in one tire. Inspection revealed 4 nailed the tire.
I am writing to let everyone know that my problem has been fully resolved. The dealership completely satisfied us in every way. They took care of ALL the issues. I would recommend them to anyone...GOOD GUYS !

Bought a new Mazda3. Got a good price on the car and a fair value for my trade. Nice people to work with, no pressure or stress during the process. Johnny (the salesman) was kind and enthusiastic. Excellent communication throughout, as I drove over to Baton Rouge from Mississippi to buy the car. The car was clean and ready to go when I arrived! I would definitely make the drive again to work with this dealership.
We recently purchased a '97 Miata. This was our first service. We were not impressed with the New Orleans area dealers so we took a ride up to Baton Rouge because we'd heard good things about Diamond. They were professional, helpful and friendly. They performed an oil change & tire rotation. They consulted with us over the use of synthetic vs. conventional oil in a car with over 135K miles. They knew this was the first time we were servicing the car. We didn't ask, but they let us know that our car had been well maintained and was in good shape as claimed by the dealer in Tulsa where we purchased the car. Overall this was a positive experience. We will bring the Miata back to Diamond.
