I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
My name is Robert Pearce (405-736-5226) and I had my car serviced on Saturday the 9th of June at Nelson Mazda in Norman Oklahoma. I was informed at that time that my pre-paid maintenance service would end at the 25,000 mile mark. This does not correlate to what I thought I purchased with the car when you were Reynolds Mazda (Schedule 1 Maintenance Plan). During the financing portion of my car the financing representative sold me this plan which supposedly goes out to 60K miles. I agreed to have this included in my purchase contract and now it appears that Mazda is reneging on this purchase. If this is so then we need to adjust the financing to correctly reflect that this add on is no longer in effect. I am very disappointed.
