I was very happy with my Mazda service. My service advisor David Foo was extremely helpful. They did a thorough job of inspection and service of my car. All of the service staff were helpful. The waiting room was extremely pleasant and comfortable. I highly recommend this dealership.

Just to start telling you I was not buying a car today will give you an idea on how professional, accommodating and helpful the staff at Sport Mazda was today 12/1/2018. At the end I closed a deal for a Mazda 6 even though I did not bring my previous car with me to avoid the hassle everybody goes through in a car dealership. I arrived at the Service Center without an appointment very early on a Friday morning. The moment I stepped out my vehicle Nick came by immediately to attend me. I explained what I needed and he took care of my car needs right away. Excellent, friendly and speedy service. Customer Service was awesome, as usual.
I was in for a regular service oil change. While waiting in the lounge I observed a young mother and her child. Mom was preoccupied with her smart phone, while the little child (I'm guessing 3 or 4 years old) had nothing to entertain her. There is a toy with parts that slide around, and the child played with that for a while, but then began to explore. Mom would notice every so often and yell at the child to stop, but then went right back to her smart phone. This happened several times. I finally asked Ellie if the television could be changed from news to something kid friendly. She asked Donny who told me that the owner only allowed the news channel, but he made a phone call and then the television was changed to the Disney channel. My car was finished by then, so I don't know how it turned out, but I was happy to know that Ellie and Donny listened and did what they could to entertain a child being ignored by it's mother. Sometimes service isn't just about the car.

My purchase was a bit lengthier in process than usual ,but it all worked out . My car salesmen Xavier Pena was professional and patient . Marc in the financial department was also very helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this dealership to anyone ,they have a wide variety of vehicles to choose from and many helpful staff .
This is my second Mazda from Corey Fairbanks Mazda - I brought my 2014 CX-5 in for its 30,000 mile check up. They fixed a speaker, did an oil change, all new tires - they were honest and up front about cost of the repairs. They called me to let me know when it was ready and when I needed something additional done. If I wasn’t so close to paying it off - I’d definitely consider trading it in for a newer model. They’re a great dealership.
