My wife and I went looking for a new SUV. We were met by a great sales person John Stetzer who was great. He was not pushy but very knowledgeable and really went out of his way to make sure my family was taken care of. Best car buying experience we ever had will be buy any car in the future from CarSense and will ask for John Stetzer.
I did an 100 mile search for a specific vehicle I was looking to purchase. I found the newest model, with low miles and cheapest price at CarSense. I called and made an appointment with Mike Hallman. Mike was great to deal with and was very helpful with providing information. My experience consisted of the following:
- The car was practically brand new with very low mileage.
- The price was the best within a 100 mile radius.
- I was genuinely surprised by the amount they gave me for my trade-in. I'm use to getting low-balled on trade-in's not MORE that I expected!
- Test drove the car and committed to the purchase. Mike searched several financial institutions and got me a great rate.
- In and out of the dealership in record time.
Just a great experience all around. I feel that I got a great deal. No haggling on the price or trade-in removes the stress from the process. I guess it helps when the price and trade-in are generous and fair. I would recommend CarSense to anyone looking for a new vehicle. By the crowd of people at the dealership, I think many people would agree with me!

We spent the day at this dealership and couldn???t have had a better experience. They met our needs and went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. I am so impressed with our salesman, he really treated us well and his experience showed. He was so patient with us and I am confident he gave us the best deal possible.
Went to Ciocca knowing we wanted a new Forester. Milton Obando saw that we got the Forester we wanted at the price we wanted to pay. They did not have the car in the color we wanted on the lot, but he reserved one from their incoming inventory. When it did come in he even sent me pictures. He also gave us a tour of the facility so we'd be familiar with the service dept, etc. Also thanks to Drew in the financial department as he customized an extended coverage package for us and Gigi who did the 2 week post purchase review. I would definitely recommend Ciocca and Milton.

This is my 3rd car I bought from Rocky Ridge Auto and I never been disappointed about the quality of car they have. Is one of the best used cars dealers in the area to buy your next car!!! Customer Service is great, from the Owner to each employee. I always deal with Travis and he always do the best and go the extra mile to make sure I'm happy with my new car purchase. Thanks Travis you are the best!!! The repair shop is the same, always great job and quality of work!!! I will go there with my eyes close for any service, from an oil change to a repair. Nice place, but they were a little slow to respond to my inquiring, I sent them an inquiring about mid day for a car then left for the dealership on my way home from work with no response. Maybe its unrealistic to expect a reply in hours and not a day, but I was hoping to hear back sooner. Turns out we couldn't come to agreement on the car price and my trade in. I ended up buy a nicer car at another dealership for less money but I would try them again in the future.
I was treated with courtesy & professionalism by both the salesman & the GM. My overall opinion of the dealership is great-I would recommend family and friends to go there to purchase their vehicle. I would also go back to purchase another vehicle. My salesman was flexible and showed interested in MY needs and wants. This dealership catered to any questions that would arise in the near future. Mazda service advisor have my up-most respect because they get the job done without any hesitation.I wish they would have more drink options in the waiting area.
