I am known for being kind of thrifty with my money, so my daughter and wife were shocked when I bought a new CX 5 from Alberto and then, after liking it so much, I went back the next day and bought a CX 3 for me (CX 5 was for wife). I think Alberto was surprised too, but he came in on his usual day off with no commitment from me to purchase a car. I think he saw something in my eye and he knew he could sell me a second car. He is very pleasant to deal with and most of all, he knows what he is selling, he knows the technology, the engines, weather it is a CVT transmission or which models have a turbo. As a retired engineer, I might ask a couple more slightly technical questions than the average person but salesman should know that stuff, Alberto does. He is very friendly and low pressure. I am glad to have met him and very glad to have bought two cars from him. Alberto says Mazda has been good to him, I hope so because they don't all come like Alberto!

This was the best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle after almost 40 yrs. of driving. I was a die hard GM person since my mother retired from there but I wasn't happy with their latest move on layoffs so opted to look at the Mazda and Subaru recommended by my son. I decided I wanted to lease a 2017 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring, fully loaded. Not only did Northtown give me the best deal price-wise among all the local Mazda dealerships; they also treated me the best from my first step inside the door. Polite, professional, helpful, and no wasted time. I do have to emphasize that my pleasant experience was largely due to the salesman, Michael "Mick" Bellus. So, be sure to request him or call and make an appointment with him. Why? He genuinely listens and will secure you the best deal. I am a senior citizen and appreciated this young man; a true scholar and gentleman! Best part, Mick has been there for me anytime I've stopped in subsequent to the purchase, to give this techical immigrant some review lessons on how to maximize all the technology in the car! Mick is just as present and friendly after buying the car as he was before the purchase. That speaks volumes. I love the car and all the technology and just can't rave about Mick enough...Mick may not have made the CX-5 but he surely made my experience extremely fair and pleasant!

My experience with peruzzi Mazda was nothing short of a great experience. My sales associate Doug was excellent, truly went the extra mile to get me out the door with a car and deal I was very happy with. Unfortunately the Mazda 3 I leased was totalled recently after i was rear ended. I will be taking my business back to peruzzi and will work with Doug again!

I usually do not write reviews but felt compelled to do so after my experience with the staff of Island Mazda in Staten Island. For many years I have been leasing from Honda and had no intention of switching but after a stressful day of going from one dealership to another, I decided to stop by Island Mazda before calling it a day at the suggestion of my dad. I'm now very thankful that I did. Freddy Bosco was beyond friendly and personable. Both Freddy and the manager Mike are hilarious with big personalities. They are genuine, professional guys who made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. I was given a great deal and am more than happy with the car I ended up with. Even after all the paperwork was signed and we were about to leave, Freddy got in the car with us to show us everything again and make sure no questions were left unanswered. This is my first Mazda and I couldn't be happier, not with just the car, but with the entire process. Freddy and Mike went above and beyond to assist me and they did it with honesty and integrity. I highly recommend them to everyone due to their impeccable service.
Ruel provided help in a courteous and respectful manner through the entire sale and purchase of my new car. He did not pressure me for the sale while early in the process I informed him I was only interested in learning about the cars, my options, and test driving the car. Once I decided buy the car, he helped me find the model, trim, and color that I wanted. With the inventory available at the time this was not easy. He found the car I wanted and it was brought to the dealership and prepared within a day. Kevin worked with me on the purchase price to come up with something that worked for me and the dealership. I found the entire staff to be helpful and friendly both in person and on the phone.
