Normal maintenance done for a CX5. Waited for service to be completed.Was impressed with the new waiting room. Wait time was expected. Impressed with the new technology used to inform you of work needed to be done,via cell phone.
On August 18, 2018 I purchased a new Kia Niro from Andrew Thornberry. At the completion of the purchase he informed me that the parts department was closed so he would send my second key to me through the mail. Three months, several phone calls, four emails and one letter later, l still don't have my second key. This is not a simple process of having a key cut, because my car is push to start, the key has to be programmed, and the key itself is a $150 investment plus the programming cost.
Excellent always providing wonderful customer any questions I ask they are answered and explain if additional service is required. Key staff members and they make the company by treating people with respect and honesty
I bought a Camry from Jake Newman at Jake Sweeney Mazda West this summer. Not only was he kind and understanding but he also played with my kids while I signed papers. He didn't lie and was straight up about everything. I have since referred two family members to him and he gave them the same awesome service.
