From the moment he greeted us, he was extremely professional. He explained the no haggle and picked out three cars to choose. We drove the second one and that was it!! I highly recommend using Keith. Professional, honest and very knowledgeable!!
I'm a single mom and I dread buying a new car. Had a great experience with Tevin. He was not pushy, answer my 50 questions with patience, The sales manager Ben was really helpful in finding the right car. The best part was the finance manager Gil Cruz, he got my car payment lower then I budgeted! It was the trifecta of an incredible sales experience.
Honestly I???ve always hated salesmen but Tevin was amazing! He wasn???t pushy at all and helped me find the perfect car. The only thing holding me back was my trade wasn???t free and clear, however his manager Ben assured me they would make it work and get me into the car I wanted. A little while later I met with Gil not only was Ben right about making it work but Gil was able to get me an interest rate much lower then I was expecting and even a lower payment then I was paying on my previous car. Thank you guys so much!

Went there looking for a new car, wasn???t sure what to get but as soon as I got there Michael was right there to assist me. Thanks to his knowledge of the vehicles he helped me pick one out in no time. You don???t see that type of customer service very often in dealerships, great job Michael! Will definitely be back for future purchases.
We leased a car and bought a used car, and this was the Best and quickest car buying/leasing experience I???ve had so far. Our sales guy Alan Dagistino was great and had us in and out. He did did not try to push us into something we didn???t want or need, he was quick and to the point. After Alan we met with the finance guy and that only took 15 minutes for each car. Great experience overall and would recommend
I purchased a car and my sales person josh was awesome. The manager Ben got me the best deal ever. And finance Gil saved me money on my tag and cancelled the Warrenty and gap from my last carand used it as down payment ! Integrity ,caring , kind are all words to describe this group of people
I have always been treated curteoysly at Gunther Motors Service Dept. The Service Specialist go out of their way to ensure any serivce and/or repairs are done satisfactorily, on time and on budget. Over the years (after 6 cars purchased/leased at Gunther VW) I have developed a rapport with some of the specialists.

I met with Walter Turbitt our vehicle exchange manager and was very satisfied with my experience. He was very knowledgeable and personable. I have been dealing with this Mazda dealership for many many years and I always find your staff to be friendly and efficient. From the people who sell me the cars to the staff that service them, I highly recommend.
After doing my research online I was able to get a good deal on a New Dodge by email with the Internet Sales Representative which she was great! Got to the dealership and they re-assigned me to a different sales person which I thought it was a little uncomfortable having to explain and walk trough the deal again. I knew what I wanted so the sales person didn't even need to sell me the car. All I was looking for was the right numbers to buy the car. They were not able to meet me on the price of the vehicle on the day that I went. I contacted the sales person the fallowing day to see if they were able to work it out which they did. I ended up agreeing on the numbers and buying the car. Finance Manager was cold as one could be not very personal at all. The dealership lacks personal engagement. I did not feel like a value customer, very unpersonal experience. Felt like they are in the business just to sell cars not to gain customer. I bought the car because of the numbers, if it depended on the customer service experience I don't think I would have bought it there.
