Brandon was patient, thorough, informative, personable, and not pushy at all throughout my entire buying process. Not for one minute did I feel pressured into upgrading this or that until I had made my decision on an item. He brought joy and personality to the information he presented me with so that I was able to make the most informed and knowledgeable decision in a vehicle that I could have possibly made. All the staff were genuinely excited for my purchase and what it meant for me and reinforced that if I had any issues, questions, or concerns that I could contact them at any time.
I bought my first brand new car from this dealer. They were very helpful and even sent a driver to go pick up my car from a dealership in Iowa. Brian and Aaron both did a great job and we will be shopping here again!

10/9/18 Buying experience of my used 2012 Chevy Silverado truck was pleasant. Had to call 2 days later with a dealer warranty repair for broken manifold bolt. Even though I bought a used vehicle and not a new one, I thought I was going to be thought of as a low priority. When I called, the Service Dept person (Dale I think) was extremely pleasant and showed me the utmost courtesy. He scheduled my service for the following week and it was taken care of as scheduled. My experience with both the salesman (Chris Banning) as well as the Service Dept was absolutely superb. The quality of the service work was performed with high quality. I definitely am an extremely satisfied customer all the way around. Thanks again!
I worked with Mike Whitney and was treated with nothing but respect and professionalism throughout my time at Piazza. He was very friendly and took the time to understand what my needs/wants were in a new vehicle. Piazza also offered a fair trade-in deal, and a great offer on my new cx3 overall. I had a really great experience at Honda Carland. My Salesman Ryan Walcott was so professional as well as personable. I was conflicted between two models and he very patiently kept showing me and test driving the two until I decided. NOT ONCE did he show a tiny sign of frustration, he repeatedly said he just wanted to make sure that I got the right vehicle. Once I decided, the rest of the process was quite smooth and quick. Lauren (my Finance Manager) made that process clear and effortless. I was very pleased with the options that were presented (without any pressure) to protect my new Odyssey. I am very pleased with the entire outcome. I am so happy with my purchase and everyone at Honda Carland made the experience great!
I have been doing business with Len Lyall for about 12 years and I highly recommend them. From the buying experience to service, the team and Len Lyall has always made the buying part fun and by providing great service at a great value, the service end is painless as well. I needed to follow-up on my previous review and say that Cavalier Mazda stepped up to the plate and paid me the difference between the diminished value and full value trade in. They proved to be a stand up business/dealership. Thank you Cavalier for doing the right thing.
I am known for being kind of thrifty with my money, so my daughter and wife were shocked when I bought a new CX 5 from Alberto and then, after liking it so much, I went back the next day and bought a CX 3 for me (CX 5 was for wife). I think Alberto was surprised too, but he came in on his usual day off with no commitment from me to purchase a car. I think he saw something in my eye and he knew he could sell me a second car. He is very pleasant to deal with and most of all, he knows what he is selling, he knows the technology, the engines, weather it is a CVT transmission or which models have a turbo. As a retired engineer, I might ask a couple more slightly technical questions than the average person but salesman should know that stuff, Alberto does. He is very friendly and low pressure. I am glad to have met him and very glad to have bought two cars from him. Alberto says Mazda has been good to him, I hope so because they don't all come like Alberto!
Their service department is exceptional. They back the Volvo warranty and they always take really good care of me. I would deathly recommend the sealer based on how well I was treated [after] I bought my XC70

Ruel provided help in a courteous and respectful manner through the entire sale and purchase of my new car. He did not pressure me for the sale while early in the process I informed him I was only interested in learning about the cars, my options, and test driving the car. Once I decided buy the car, he helped me find the model, trim, and color that I wanted. With the inventory available at the time this was not easy. He found the car I wanted and it was brought to the dealership and prepared within a day. Kevin worked with me on the purchase price to come up with something that worked for me and the dealership. I found the entire staff to be helpful and friendly both in person and on the phone.
Overall happy with the experience. The sales people were definitely helpful and patient and made the event ok.
