Brandon was patient, thorough, informative, personable, and not pushy at all throughout my entire buying process. Not for one minute did I feel pressured into upgrading this or that until I had made my decision on an item. He brought joy and personality to the information he presented me with so that I was able to make the most informed and knowledgeable decision in a vehicle that I could have possibly made. All the staff were genuinely excited for my purchase and what it meant for me and reinforced that if I had any issues, questions, or concerns that I could contact them at any time.
After 2 years of service at Brunswick Auto Mart it was time to replace our 2012 Toy Sienna. I was guided through the process by Dominic Diliberto. He made the time available for me prior to the official opening of the sales department and met with me again for test drives. We bought a 2018 Toy Sienna XLE. We received a great offer for our trade and were shown several ways to finance the deal. She is one of the best informed Sales Managers I've dealt with in 50 years of buying cars. I decided I wanted to lease a 2017 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring, fully loaded. Not only did Northtown give me the best deal price-wise among all the local Mazda dealerships; they also treated me the best from my first step inside the door. Polite, professional, helpful, and no wasted time. I do have to emphasize that my pleasant experience was largely due to the salesman, Michael "Mick" Bellus. So, be sure to request him or call and make an appointment with him. Why? He genuinely listens and will secure you the best deal. I am a senior citizen and appreciated this young man; a true scholar and gentleman! Best part, Mick has been there for me anytime I've stopped in subsequent to the purchase, to give this techical immigrant some review lessons on how to maximize all the technology in the car! Mick is just as present and friendly after buying the car as he was before the purchase. That speaks volumes. I love the car and all the technology and just can't rave about Mick enough...Mick may not have made the CX-5 but he surely made my experience extremely fair and pleasant!

I am known for being kind of thrifty with my money, so my daughter and wife were shocked when I bought a new CX 5 from Alberto and then, after liking it so much, I went back the next day and bought a CX 3 for me (CX 5 was for wife). I think Alberto was surprised too, but he came in on his usual day off with no commitment from me to purchase a car. I think he saw something in my eye and he knew he could sell me a second car. He is very pleasant to deal with and most of all, he knows what he is selling, he knows the technology, the engines, weather it is a CVT transmission or which models have a turbo. As a retired engineer, I might ask a couple more slightly technical questions than the average person but salesman should know that stuff, Alberto does. He is very friendly and low pressure. I am glad to have met him and very glad to have bought two cars from him. Alberto says Mazda has been good to him, I hope so because they don't all come like Alberto!
