I have never felt more comfortable with a service department and dealer. At the beginning of November my 10 year old/200k mile Honda started have major issues. I was able to get the car in right away and get a rental so I was not stranded. The communication from Fitz to me was amazing. I felt extremely knowledgeable of what the problem was and what it was going to take to fix my Fit. After a couple of days myself and my husband decided we were just going to get him a new car. I had my eye on a used car however the dealer was able to do some digging and recommend a far better car within my budget. The buying process was so incredibly easy. We were in and out in an hour (which was good because I had my kid with me.) My husband and myself love our new car and could not be any more thankful for the technicians and dealer that worked with us.

Warranty recall they had me fill out unnecessary paperwork in order to get it done when I called VW emissions they said the dealership should know how to get it done Pohanka didn’t Fitzgerald did tremendous first impression Frank knows his stuff in and out in one day no hassles all my service work will be done there and my next VW purchase will be there
I recently purchased a vehicle from Ourisman Hyundai and Mitsubishi and I must say that this dealership was awesome! Nick Cutlip, Sr. went up, above and beyond to make sure I purchased a vehicle I was most comfortable with. He offered suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever even throughout all color changes and multiply trips to the back lot, Nick stated " Don't worry , we will not leave until we find the right vehicle". Serveral hours later I finally decided on a 2018 Hyundai, Sonata grey in color but never the less the remaining process was absolutely painles from the finance lady ( Loved her ) to driving off the lot. I felt like family by the end of the whole process. I highly recommend Nick to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle. Sincerely Yours Dana Martin

I was in a hit run accident on 10/26; filed bankrupcty 11/7; car totaled by insurance company on 11/15, and informed that the rental needed to be return on 11/21. Called Nick Cutlip at the Ourisman dealership on 11/17 feeling doubtful about my ability to purchase a New car within 6 days. To my surprise, I was in a new car 11/19. Nick made my experience TOTALLY STRESS FREE! He had a gregarious personally, was patient, professional and very honest throughout the entire process. Mr Brown resolved my problem and represents this dealership extremely well. I would highly recommend this dealership for service based on my experience working with him even though I purchased my vehicle from another dealership because Passport Mazda had not opened at that time.
