i recently went to Tasca in Cranston with my significant other to pick up a car that he had just purchased with no intention of looking at or buying a car for myself. We (and other family members) have always called on "our" salesperson Lou Colon when we wanted to purchase a vehicle, while my significant other was signing his paperwork, Lou told me about a car that had just come in and he thought it would be perfect for me. i looked at the car and fell in love with it. Lou was right the car he showed me was perfect for me! i love my "new" car! i can't say enough about the Tasca dealership in Cranston. Everyone i have ever dealt with at Tasca has always been friendly and courtesy. They do everything possible to make the car buying process as easy as possible. i will continue to recommend Lou Colon and the Tasca dealership in Cranston.

I am extremely pleased with the service at Tasca. John Stone and Eric Defalco run the Quick Lane Service Department. They are so professional and careful. My car is older and they have it running perfectly. I had routine service there yesterday and they found a small problem which they addressed. They are terrific.
Sean was excellent in taking care of my needs in an emergency situation. Going so far as to provide transportation to my home after the deal was made, which was an additional hour for him. Matt was very quick with the paperwork as well.
Due to an unfortunate circumstance I needed a car in a hurry. Bob searched the used cars available to find a vehicle in my price range, that I actually liked! He rushed through the paperwork so we could get the information to my insurance company before they closed for the Thanksgiving weekend. I truly appreciate his efforts to ensure I wasn't carless for the holiday weekend! PS: I love the real Xmas trees in the showroom!

We very impressed with the detailed knowledge of the Mazda CX-5 Grnd Touring vehicle by Thomas Belliveau. He was not forceful or aggressive as many sales dealership sales representatives are. He took his time and ensured we were comfortable with his overviews he demonstrated patience and walked through the process of leasing a vehicle. We felt his customer service and our experience was outstanding. Ricardo Dordete whom did the lease paperwork was. very personable and patient with our questions.
My daughter purchased two cars from Mastria Mazda and is very happy with their service so I decided to go with a Mazda. I have always been indecisive and a perfectionist so I was happy to have Alex walk me through the purchase. He has an understanding and patience that seems never ending. If Alex was not there when I stopped by, his associates stepped right in to accommodate. Previously, I owned a business and in my opinion, this is a first-class operation. Alex and the others are very knowledgeable and customer service is their first priority. Even after the sale, they continue to be concerned and still very helpful. Now I understand why my daughter and her husband are repeat customers. I’m sure I will be as well.
