I was unsure of the Colorado, but soon realized this was the vehicle for me. Doyle was there when I needed the assistance from the moment we shook hands to when I drove off the Bill Gatton lot with my newly purchased truck! It was great deal and the service was spot on aside from the knowledge of vehicles; Doyle feels like that buddy that'll piggyback you to the end. Overall highly satisfied with this place and will return for my next vehicle.

Upon arrival to the dealership we were met by Regina. Regina took us through the buying process painlessly, never pressuring or pushing us to purchase options we did not want (reasons we have walked away from a dealership in the past). By the time the papers were signed and the keys became ours we felt as if we had been lifelong friends. Upon inquiring about some accessories for our new purchase, Regina introduced us to Janice Albright. Once again Janice answered our questions, helped us make accessory decisions and never once did we feel pressured to purchase. Very professional and knowledgeable sales team. Did not waste time for negotiation, direct to the point and possible proposal. Could have saved time by scheduling time for paperwork but it was smooth and quick.
Our Odyssey broke down while on vacation in Nashville and Kris Halmstead was amazing to work with. He and the mechanic worked with our mechanic back home in Milwaukee to rectify the situation. They were extremely methodical, thoughtful and devoted to solving our problem. Again working with Kris was a wonderful experience.

Evan was awesome! We drove 3 hours after finding the car online. The Sonic Price made it simple - I knew it was a great deal and I didn't have to waste my time haggling to get the price where it should be. Because of the drive, we got in a little late but Evan, Kurt & Anita stayed to help us get everything taken care of. Everyone was friendly and welcoming and Evan was a pleasure to deal with. Al has the 6th sense to anticipate future problems. He is very professional, and yet understands how I love my car. So i went in already knowing what i wanted. Had my appointment already made and he was there waiting for me no issues. It was kind of strange to me how he didn’t know where the vehicles were so we had to go look for it. We walked for a bit then got into another vehicle to search for the vehicle. I think the lot and vehicle locations should be better situated. The buying process was easy and smooth. When the car was purchased i was waiting for a final cleaning and check of the car. This took forever. When i finally got the car. The inside of the windows were still dirty you can see the finger prints and the rear emblem had some chemical in it that oxidized the emblem. It took them a long time to seem like nothing had been done properly. I did appreciate the person helloing me to keep checking on me and letting me know the status instead of leaving me. The clean process and check process of the car needs to be better managed. It shouldn’t take that long for a half xxx job.
These guys are the real deal. Honest and no surprises. They made the car buying experience painless and easy. Great customer service and fairly fast in the finance dept. I will get my next car from this dealership. Thank God they are in my hometown - Convenient.
