I visited Napleton's Schaumburg Mazda based on a very appealing cars.com post of a Honda CRV. We were unsure of having to drive a hour to get there but the price and the way they followed up instantly after requesting more information made us feel more comfortable taking the drive there. Upon arrival we were instantly greeted by Jarek Muszkatel, who I want to point out is an excellent salesman and Jonathan Proano, the sales manager who also went above and beyond to make everything as smooth as possible. We inquired about the vehicle, and after inspecting it, it was exactly as described and exceeded our expectations. We took it out for a test drive with Jarek and as soon as we got in the car he have us tips on what to look for and what to listen for when drive testing a car, it was basically the same thing we were already looking at but coming from the salesman was more reassuring he even offered a longer test drive if we wanted more time to listen to the vehicle. We were already happy with how the car looked and how it drove and after visiting dealer after dealer we knew weren’t going to find better.
The paperwork process was a breeze, there was a couple things we had to figure out but Jarek and Jonathan were very understanding and worked with us all the way through. I could not be happier with our purchase and highly recommend Napleton's Schaumburg Mazda.

Our Odyssey broke down while on vacation in Nashville and Kris Halmstead was amazing to work with. He and the mechanic worked with our mechanic back home in Milwaukee to rectify the situation. They were extremely methodical, thoughtful and devoted to solving our problem. Again working with Kris was a wonderful experience.

Evan was awesome! We drove 3 hours after finding the car online. The Sonic Price made it simple - I knew it was a great deal and I didn't have to waste my time haggling to get the price where it should be. Because of the drive, we got in a little late but Evan, Kurt & Anita stayed to help us get everything taken care of. Everyone was friendly and welcoming and Evan was a pleasure to deal with. Knowing what we wanted, we contacted the dealer prior to coming in. Regina Kuchenbrod took our call and was fantastic, answering questions in advance of our actual visit. Upon arrival to the dealership we were met by Regina. Regina took us through the buying process painlessly, never pressuring or pushing us to purchase options we did not want (reasons we have walked away from a dealership in the past). By the time the papers were signed and the keys became ours we felt as if we had been lifelong friends. Upon inquiring about some accessories for our new purchase, Regina introduced us to Janice Albright. Once again Janice answered our questions, helped us make accessory decisions and never once did we feel pressured to purchase. I would recommend the Stuart Powell dealership to anyone looking for a new (or used) car or truck! When you get there ask for Regina and for your accessories talk with Janice!
I was unsure of the Colorado, but soon realized this was the vehicle for me. Doyle was there when I needed the assistance from the moment we shook hands to when I drove off the Bill Gatton lot with my newly purchased truck! It was great deal and the service was spot on aside from the knowledge of vehicles; Doyle feels like that buddy that'll piggyback you to the end. Overall highly satisfied with this place and will return for my next vehicle.
Went to just look and test drive the Volkswagen Atlas. Fell in love with the way it drove. We couldn't ask for a better salesman Rob Ibarra. He was not pushy, explained everything and worked with us till we had a deal. Hopefully sending you another deal in a few weeks.

bought a new Jetta and every thin went great! Alex Avila did a great job and was very kind and helped when needed. the insurance girls Jessica Diaz and Sigrid Neu did a great job and where very helpful. also dealt with Leo and some finance people all where great thank you!
So i went in already knowing what i wanted. Had my appointment already made and he was there waiting for me no issues. It was kind of strange to me how he didn’t know where the vehicles were so we had to go look for it. We walked for a bit then got into another vehicle to search for the vehicle. I think the lot and vehicle locations should be better situated. The buying process was easy and smooth. When the car was purchased i was waiting for a final cleaning and check of the car. This took forever. When i finally got the car. The inside of the windows were still dirty you can see the finger prints and the rear emblem had some chemical in it that oxidized the emblem. It took them a long time to seem like nothing had been done properly. I did appreciate the person helloing me to keep checking on me and letting me know the status instead of leaving me. The clean process and check process of the car needs to be better managed. It shouldn’t take that long for a half xxx job.

When it was time for a new car, I chose Salem MB based on my history of great service. Needless to say I have found that every person in the dealership is exceptional! I dealt with Gayle. She was friendly, hard working, and a consummate professional! I just can???t say enough good things about my experience at this dealership!!
Tony Humphrey the internet manager made my experience buying my new fusion amazing. He took the time to explain everything and make sure I understand all the bells and whistles that went along with my car. Great salesman, would definitely buy from him again.
