Art was great to work with -- very thorough, always available when I had questions, and really knows his product. The dealership physical plant was very nice. I'd give the whole experience two thumbs up.
Even though the heading on this post is "Almost" I would like to recommend this dealership with full and high regards. The staff that is in place here starting with Jae Chong, and Brian Farrell and finally Lisa Sweet are exemplary! I did not buy a vehicle from them, but not for any reason focusing on the Dealership, the staff, or the vehicle I went in looking to purchase. These folks treat you with the utmost respect, and have the customer in mind yet at the same time trying their very best to find a compromise to fit the needs of the consumer. I would highly recommend any potential buyer to be sure to look at Chambers Motor Cars of Natick at the first stop in the process. They have high quality, low mileage vehicles at reasonable prices. I drove down from Vermont to purchase a 2015 VW Beetle. The car was in showroom condition, Jonathan was knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. The sales process was handled quickly and I was soon headed back to Vermont. Great price!

I bought a Mazda6 from Nick Scherer, the second car I purchased form him. I went back because he's such a pleasure to deal with. He really knows his stuff and goes out of his way to answer questions. He made the experience pleasant and painless.

Highly professional dealership, a pleasure to deal with. We sold a RAV4 and the entire process took literally 1 hour split in 2 visits only because we had 2 people on the title and one of them was not available during the first visit. We shopped around before coming there and the priced offered was fair from the beginning. Very nice experience, big thanks, will use again and recommend to others.
The services I took my car in for were a few recalls that weren't taken care of by previous dealer, alignment and other various repairs. They are very thorough with their work and the team in the offices recognize your concern and assist where it's needed. One service, I noticed a piece was a little off and they are currently in the process of replacing that piece. Thumbs up.
I worked with Jeff B, who was very courteous, patient and professional. He answered all my questions and there was no sales pressure at all. He took a great deal of time in order to explain all the features, bells and whistles of the vehicle. It was a relaxed experience and a pleasure to work with him.

My wife and I had just left another Mazda dealership after getting nowhere fast with the salesman and his manager. On a last ditch whim, we traveled 40 minutes to Quirk Mazda to get a deal done. Thank God we ran into Phil McCabe. I told him the model, color and trim level we wanted and I asked for his lowest price. He came back to us in minutes and after a small discussion we agreed on a price. Mission accomplished. He was thorough, knowledgeable, pleasant and someone I would look forward to doing business with again and again. If it was up to me, he would be getting a bonus and a raise for his low key excellence in handling a transaction most buyers do not look forward to. As an aside, Niman, the finance representative, was also a wonderful person to meet and handle the paperwork that needs to be done. The last time I bought a car, it took over 2 and a half hours to complete the financing end of the deal. Niman used a fraction of the time and made it so pleasant. Kudos to Quirk for exceeding our expectations in every phase of the experience.

I went in for a check engine light and tom helped me ,he was very understanding of my issues and helpful. (i did not expect the issue and was in a hurry to leave) They were able to get the cause figured out in about an hour and for a reasonable; amount. They even gave me a free loaner while the work was performed because parts had to be ordered. The next day i picked up my mazda 3 and it looked and ran like new- great job liberty!

As a customer of Herb Chambers Kia of Burlington for around seven years now, I can report that in all that time I've never had a negative experience with Sales or Service. I don't know what else there is to say. The people are all friendly and service oriented. The only complaint I could muster up is the parking is tight. I feel for the staff having to maneuver vehicles there. They make it work, though and really, the experience us about the people and the relationships built. A+ to all the staff.
