They were knowledgeable about the product and very professional. We were given a great price the first time in eliminating the need for extensive haggling. I would definitely recommend shopping there for a car.
I test drove a new vehicle there and got their no-haggle price. I went home and shopped four other dealers and Liberty still had the lower price. The staff is knowledgeable, has a sense of humor, and take the time to completely explain everything. I highly recommend Malik, who sat in the car with us and took us through every setting before we drove off.

A truly great car buying experience. All staff were very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Our sales consultant was Jason Nye. He is by far, the best of the best. He was trustworthy and polite throughout the whole transaction. I felt no pressure from him, and all my questions were answered. I also had the pleasure of dealing with the sales manager, John McNeil. He purchased my used Mazda vehicle and clearly explained the process. He was very professional in his demeanor. I dread going into car dealerships, but I must say that this is the first time I have purchased a vehicle were I didn't feel like I just got robbed. I highly recommend Liberty Mazda.
Although the 2018 Mazda Signature had just arrived, I was given a "no-haggle" price that was reasonable. Although I was offered an extended warranty and extra paint protection, there was no pressure to buy. My salesperson, Ken, knew all about the bells and whistles in the car (even though this was the first Signature delivered to the dealership) and took his time explaining everything to me and my wife. It was a pleasant experience from beginning to end.

Never experienced anything like this at any other dealship I have ever dealt with. They gave me more for my trade in then I ever expected and the price of the vehicle I was looking at was great. My salesperson Christina was very professional and assist me thru the no hassle deal. Everyone at the dealership worked together and were very helpful. Salesperson Jason kindly introduced himself and was there to answere questions I had about the new vehicle. I would definitely do business with this dealership again.

Liberty Mazda was fantastic! They offered the most competitive upfront price out of all the surrounding dealerships and were completely transparent with all transactions. Jason was fantastic with answering all my questions and providing additional details pertaining to my vehicle. They went above and beyond to ensure I got the most for my trade and to ensure I was satisfied. The entire process was painless, total time spent with the dealer ~4 hours (over two days- I test drove a Mazda 3 Hatchback on a Sunday and purchased it the following Monday). I just picked up my new car at CarMax of Hartford and, I have to say, this was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. I had found a Ford Explorer that I wanted to see on their lot. I put a hold on the vehicle on their website, very early in the morning. By 9am the same morning, I was contacted by Rocco Toce, the most awesome sales person around. I have bought many vehicles through the years and he is the top of the list! We went to look at the truck and he had it clean and ready for us to test drive. We loved the truck but it just didn’t have all the options that we were looking for. I found the exact Explorer we wanted in New York and Rocco jumped right in to help us transfer the vehicle to Hartford. I have to admit, it IS a leap of faith to pay the transfer fee upfront before even seeing the vehicle in person. Rocco jumped in and took over. He spoke to the other CarMax and had them check every part of the vehicle out. I felt very comfortable after he called and told me the truck sounds good. My Explorer made it to Hartford very quickly and Rocco immediately checked it out and let us know it was perfect! I went to see it yesterday. It was beautiful and in the best shape. Rocco took us through the entire car and never rushed us through anything. He sent our Explorer to detailing while my 2009 Silverado was appraised. I received a fair price for my trade and the deal was smooth and handled professionally by the staff. I’m pretty sure I have not had a better car buying experience. Rocco and the team at Hartford CarMax could not have done more to make our experience the best. I did a ton of research about CarMax like I’m sure everyone does. I drove over an hour to work with them and I am so glad I did. We walked out of there with a great, shiny Ford Explorer and the greatest car buying experience!
