From the sales team, to the managers, all the way through paperwork, it was really one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. And I had the pleasure of working with Jonathan who might be my new favorite person???even outside of car sales! Very knowledgable, informative, and genuinely cares about finding the perfect fit for his customers. (And deserving of so much respect!! Inside joke!) I drove all the way from Westchester County to LIC to buy a car from this dealership after the Mitsubishi in the Bronx told me they couldn't help me. After a couple of hours the entire staff had me driving away with a new car and the price I was happy with paying. The staff was amazing and very cordial.

As soon as I arrived the place was attended by one of the vendors, who was very nice and attentive. I did not conclude the purchase because the vehicle was with an oil leak and some dented and scratched in the bodywork.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Had a great experience they opened 8a on the dot, I was second in line for my 8:30 appointment and had no waiting room my vehicle right away! Victoria was very helpful in explaining what my vehicle needed and the cost and checked on me as I sat and waited. Wait room needs better heating but overall great experience.
After owning a car for 8 years, it was finally time to buy a new one. My sister has a Hyundai and I knew I wanted something similar. The salesman, Julio, was wonderful from the start. At first I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted but Julio was so patient and was able to make the process easier by explaining the pros and cons of each car based on what I wanted. I walked out of the dealership that night with a new Hyundai elantra limited and couldn't be happier with my purchase. Normally I don't write reviews but thanks to Julio and the staff at this facility, I knew I had to say thank you and recommend others as well.

Was interested in a 2010 Ford F150 that I found on card.com sent an email within a day I recieved a email back went to go see the truck on a Friday. When I got there with my husband we saw a 2011 Ford F150 got that instead of the 2010. Overall we were there for 2 hours and walked out with the keys to the truck in my hand.

i had been looking for a decent used car for weeks and did not have very good luck, and when i did i was turned down. i came to this lot and found a chevy sonic for a very reasonable price and it was in great condition. Craig and Joanne both worked with me and did they're absolute best to get me the best deal that they could, which mind you was a lot better than any deal i got anywhere else. i told them what i made and what i was capable of spending and they took it from there. they made it as easy for me as they possibly could. the entire staff was incredibly nice and very respectful. very professional, when i got there i was immediately seen by Craig i did not have to wait at all, which was a first for me, im used to walking around a dealership for 30 minutes and not having someone even bat an eye at me. every customer there was being taken care of, there was no one being unattended. the place was clean and neat and very comforting, there was water, a snack machine / drink machine, made things comfortable while i was waiting (not for very long) there isnt a single bad thing i can say about this establishment or the people that work there. i recommend this place to all my friends and family. if you are looking to buy a car old or new it would be silly not to check these guys out. ask for Craig or Joanne very nice people and they will help you find what you are looking for.

I went to Schwartz Mazda after a bad experience with a dealership in my home town. When I arrived I was greeted by Robert in service who was very pleasant and accommodating. I was waiting for my car so Robert walked me over to the customer lounge that was still in the works as the dealer is in the process of a beautiful overhaul.
Robert checked on me at least twice updating me on the status of my service and asked if I needed anything other then the refreshments and snacks the dealer put out for customers. He advised me of additional services needed and he walked me out to my car to show me what the issues were. After my service and repairs were done in less time then estimated Robert went over the items in detail and informed me of a recall I was unaware of that he asked the mechanic to take care of while I was in the shop. He gave me a free car wash and gave me $10 off my oil change without having to ask for it.
I left the dealer feeling like a valued customer. The service was great and Robert was absolute the greatest. I do not remember his last name as he stated he was fairly new to the dealer and did not receive his business cards yet. I will definitely be back. Good job Schwartz and Great job Robert.
