Carlos at Roger Beasley Mazda South was by far the best car salesman I’ve ever had. There was zero pressure, he was imformative, knowledgeable and he worked hard to get me to where I needed to be on payments. He did not waste my time and was very upfront about every aspect of the process which was greatly appreciated. Carlos and Henry even managed to get me an incredible interest rate that was by far better than my usual go to, USAA. I can’t recommend Carlos and the Roger Beasley team enough. Great folks.

The overall experience was fine but I was just not used to this business model. I bought a $70,000 used vehicle and after having dealt with the Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships for years, the customer service at CarMax is just not up to their level. But I guess that was how I paid $2500 - $5,000 less than what other dealers were charging for the same car.
Like always Matt and the staff give me a warm welcome, are very helpful and get me in and out as quick as they can with accommodating my needs. Kiddos to Jessica for stepping up while Matt was on lunch and to Isaiah for taking over while Matt attended to someone else. Great Teamwork
Jayson and team were great! Super responsive, efficient, and thorough. It was clear what work was “urgent” and what could wait. It was also helpful to have a loaner car so I could go back to work rather than waiting for the repairs. I’ll definitley be back!

Jessie did such a great job outlining the awesome features of the Sonata, she convinced me I needed a car too! Bought my son a beautiful, 2017 red Sonata and got myself a 2019 Santa Fe.
