This dealership was absolutely incredible from the time I walked in I didn???t wait very long , service was incredible.The salesman I dealt with was very knowledgeable of all of the cars and really worked with me to find the right car for the price that fit my budget. I have had many vehicles in my lifetime with that being said, I can honestly tell you I have seen them all the scammers the xxxxxxxx the bait and switch adding fee's to your loan after you signed a contract. Well this place Certified Headquarters I have to say is the best I have ever been to. I called them asked them about a vehicle no games or tactics were played. I drove about 1 hour out of my way by passing all these other morons that I know will rip me off. I have to say I am glad I did we were met wit professionals from the sales floor all the way to the finance department. I dealt with Steve, and Jay. Very down to earth people the entire staff made us a family of 5 welcome and felt at home. We were in/out in under 1 hour and drove home that day with a great vehicle. It's been about 6 months now and they still call my home to ask how everything is going. They also remind me if I have any problems just call they will work with me. purchased 0n 5/26/2018 and love how we were treated every dealer and car sales company should work this way. No pressure just honest good people thank you all at Certified we are updating a review to show how thankful we are happy holidays. Best cars best deals next time when I am in the market I know where to go.

Albert was the sales associate that I had the pleasure of working with and I sincerely mean that. I had my 8 year old son with me and he was patient and pleasant through the entire experience. I’m very used to feeling pushed and pressured when car shopping but I did not feel that way at all. Jamall the finance manager was very understanding that my son was with me so he helped to expedite the process and get me out of the dealership as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend this dealership and these individuals in particular.
I first met Albert in the beginning of September when he showed me the KIA NIRO. I loved it and was impressed but not ready to buy. Albert kept communication open just enough- not pushy. I let him know I was interested, but not at that time. When it was time, Albert and the staff made it smooth and easy. I just went in and bought it. But Albert in particular was very good in just giving the information, backing off and not being aggressive at all. The service department and amenities in the building are very nice as well.
Albert Salib, Was my dealer, he approached me and my wife in a timely fashion, Albert answered all of our questions. What I liked the most is he was not pushy. We felt very comfortable with his manors and his pleasant way he went out of his way to help. We really were just looking. Kia was our first stop but because of Albert we never went any place. I love my new KIA Sportage and the purchasing process with Albert was smooth however the post purchase process has not been a smooth one. It has been a challenge to get the dealership to provide answers and updates on the mess up between them and the bank.

Great job getting me out of my lease with little negative equity and into a beautiful 2014 Dodge Ram 1500. The salesman Jim Kelly is a pro and a straight shooter, he cares about his customers and the vehicle he is selling. Only con is the high interest rate you must accept to make the deal, but you can refinance with your own bank, small inconvenience for the great deal I received. I highly recommend Jim Kelly and this dealer.

Everything was quick, smooth, and proficient. James Boyd is an excellent salesperson. This is the 3rd Hyundai that I bought from 112 and from James. That alone should say something!!! There aren't any surprises!

I remember when i almost bought a vehicle when they were located in Hauppauge,ny. This experience at there new location in Farmingdale,n.y was exceptional> no pressure great atmosphere and a wonderful and professional sales person. Sales professional Annalea was so helpful and answered all the questions i had about the vehicle. The vehicle which i purchased was super clean and had all the options i wanted. After looking at used vehicles i am happy i purchased for Novak Motors .Annalea is an asset to this company and would without reservation reccommend Annalea and this Dealership to anyone i know looking for a great deal on a quality used vehicle. I would also like to commend Frank Cannizaro for all his help.
My salesman, Joe Iucci, took a lot of time with me in setting up my sale and explaining the features on the car. After the purchase process was complete, he sat in the car and showed me/demonstrated all of the cars features. He was extremely helpful! The female finance person, whose name I forgot, was also very helpful.
I did the usual research on the 2 or 3 vehicles I was considering for a lease and begain the ???dreaded??? dealer visits on the Black Friday weekend. Each visit , Honda, Toyota, Mazda, Hyundai, was the typical ???what do I need to do to get you in the car today??? with the usual visit by the manager etc etc. Pricing ALWAYS started high and slowly came down as I expressed my requirements. This all changed when I went to Wantagh Mazda. I met Ken the self proclaimed manager of ???smiles & laughs???. He listened to my needs and gave me honest answers and pricing and in two days I was in my new Mazda. Supprisingly for car buying I did smile and had a few laughs as well. The customer service was polite and sociable. I was able to test drive and look over the vehicle with no hassling. Sales staff was quite helpful over the phone, through email, and in person. The vehicle was as advertised and was purchased with no drama.
My husband and I went to Blasius South in Stratford in desperate need of a new car. Henry was a very knowledgable salesman. He took my mother and I in both of the cars we purchased on a test drive and showed us everything the car has to offer. Henry was then able to show everything when we purchased the car and still answers all my questions to this day.
