We very impressed with the detailed knowledge of the Mazda CX-5 Grnd Touring vehicle by Thomas Belliveau. He was not forceful or aggressive as many sales dealership sales representatives are. He took his time and ensured we were comfortable with his overviews he demonstrated patience and walked through the process of leasing a vehicle. We felt his customer service and our experience was outstanding. Ricardo Dordete whom did the lease paperwork was. very personable and patient with our questions.

I walked in to have an inspections sticker and lucked out to have it done in about 50 minutes . Phewww. The customer service rep as always was efficient ,kind and informative . This was a far cry from my last visit for an oil change and license plate bulb replacement which took 2.5 hours even WITH an appointment .
Sean was excellent in taking care of my needs in an emergency situation. Going so far as to provide transportation to my home after the deal was made, which was an additional hour for him. Matt was very quick with the paperwork as well.

I walked into the dealership with low expectations. Dave Beard approached me, I told him my abysmal situation with my credit and no possibility of a down payment. He took me in and looked up cars that fit my expectations. He then showed me the most awesome SUV that he said would best fit my personal financial situation. I loved it immediately and then he said, "let's go and make it yours". We went back into the dealership and a couple hours later I drove off with my new SUV. i recently went to Tasca in Cranston with my significant other to pick up a car that he had just purchased with no intention of looking at or buying a car for myself. We (and other family members) have always called on "our" salesperson Lou Colon when we wanted to purchase a vehicle, while my significant other was signing his paperwork, Lou told me about a car that had just come in and he thought it would be perfect for me. i looked at the car and fell in love with it. Lou was right the car he showed me was perfect for me! i love my "new" car! i can't say enough about the Tasca dealership in Cranston. Everyone i have ever dealt with at Tasca has always been friendly and courtesy. They do everything possible to make the car buying process as easy as possible. i will continue to recommend Lou Colon and the Tasca dealership in Cranston.
