After a negative experience at a different Mercedes dealership, I sought Christi Armstrong out because of her positive online reviews. I now see why people have taken the time to review her performance. She's great! She's honest, very knowledgeable about the product, has a passion for driving, and went out of her way to make my wife and I feel comfortable and have fun with the car buying experience. The whole staff is excellent ??? Nancy who always says 'hello' and follows up every visit with a call, and Dan who did the financials was just a delight to work with. I can't say enough about this dealership, the people there are great, down to earth, and extremely customer-focused. We are big fans!
From the moment we pulled into the lot we were very well taken care of . Mrs Hayhurst took care of all our needs and found us a car within the hour. She has since checked in with us weekly ! She is excellent! Everyone in the dealership were extremely helpful.

We got our new GLC from Ray Catena recently and were very happy with the overall experience. From setting up time for the test drive to the actual decision, the service was professional, friendly and very customized. We worked with Lenny, who was brilliant. Very knowledgeable and responsive, and not at all intrusive like so many other car salespeople. 5 stars from us!
My experience was excellent at Ray Catena of Union!! I was unsure what I wanted from a new to pre-certified Mercedes but after searching for about a week both online and at other dealerships I knew who I wanted to buy car from....Chris Bradfield. Chris was professional, knowledgeable and always listened to my questions and understood my goals. He politely took me out for test drives and while I didn't buy the brand new Mercedes I did end up buying a pre-owned vehicle which was better suited for my budget. I think Chris is a great representation of the dealership and while I know he was fairly new, he was trained very well and if he didn't know the answers, he knew where to go to get them. I applaud the managment of Ray Catena Union for identifying good talent and giving young professionals (like his brother Nick) an opportunity to grow in the organization. Chris is a real asset to the dealership and I can see him continuing to grow and assume further managment/leadership at some point. Thank you!!
Not Only was Harald knowledgeable which is key when it???s your first time leasing. But he makes sure the does right by you and doesn???t lead you on. His team including Patrick, and their direct supervisor Scott are good guys. Expect nothing but exceptional service when dealing with them. Will definitely be coming back.
This is the best dealership in South Carolina and the best I have done any business with anywhere. Dealerships everywhere could learn from them. From the moment you walk in, to purchase, service or even buying a part they are the most helpful and courteous people you could ever work with. I have been a customer for quite some time and plan any future purchases to be from them. I can not recommend them highly enough.

In the market for two new cars, should be an enjoyable experience but was dreading the process. You know how it goes !
However life became so much less dread and much happier once we stepped into Mercedes of Portsmouth. We are so happy with our two new cars and the whole experience was a dream. We tried the other two german car locations on Route 33 ( you know who they are ) and as always a painful process, but not with Mercedes.
Lets face it cars drive the same it is just a badge so as such the customer service was critical in the decision making process. Thanks to Bethany, John, Brittney and Eddy we are so happy and will not shop anywhere else. Thank you so much for making what is normally painful a great experience.
It was my first time purchasing a car and Jorge was my sales associate. He made the whole process very pleasant and stress free. He went above and beyond by answering all the questions I had and even staying after hours to make sure I had a satisfactory experience. Great team to deal with! I called ahead and Robert was prepared for my visit. Both Robert and David made the experience a personal one. It felt like I've knew them for years! Did business with Roberto and he purchased a car from me. When I walked in I was treated world class. Offered a refreshment, given the right price for my trade in and it was a seamless process.

Went to test drive an E350. Was greeted by salesperson shortly after walking in to the showroom and instead of immediately trying to "sell" me something, asked which model I was interested in and then asked me if I'd ever driven one. I replied I hadn't so instead of launching into a sales pitch, he offered me a test drive so I could be sure I even liked the car before we started talking about buying or leasing and pricing. Was very impressed with how I was treated and how easy it was to shop at Silver Star!
