Went to test drive an E350. Was greeted by salesperson shortly after walking in to the showroom and instead of immediately trying to "sell" me something, asked which model I was interested in and then asked me if I'd ever driven one. I replied I hadn't so instead of launching into a sales pitch, he offered me a test drive so I could be sure I even liked the car before we started talking about buying or leasing and pricing. Was very impressed with how I was treated and how easy it was to shop at Silver Star!
It was my first Mercedes and I met Phil in the shop, he solved what was my concern and treat like his family. He recommended excellent cars for me and it was great experience that I could actually discuss all the specific matters. I will enjoy my drive and my family will, too. I am really thanks to Phil and his entire crew.
Karina Kirkmire did an outstanding job of assisting me with any questions I had, and being a top notch professional. She was not pushy and she was very helpful throughout the process. After getting rid of my Buick enclave because of endless problems,needed something more reliable. They had exactly what I was looking for and more options on the lot within price range. They have good quality cars, nice laid back salesman. Worked with me and held the car. Had a 360 point inspection by mechanic and came back no problems which was good to hear. Y'all give them a chance before going anywhere else.

Margaret was extremely polite and pleasant to work with. She was was professional and knowledgable while showing us the used vehicle we were interested in. She worked very hard to meet our financial needs and provide us the discount we needed to take the car home! Not only did they make sure everything was top notch, they were completely transparent in regards to the vehicle itself. There was a small crack at the bottom of the windshield that we didn't even notice but Margaret pointed it out right away and assured us that they would replace the windshield at no charge! We were also extremely impressed with the hospitality of everyone we encountered at Napleton Aston Martin Maserati during the waiting process and would reccomend this dealership on the friendliness alone.
I needed some parts replaced on my 2015 ML3. Service was excellent. Got a loaner car even though service was done in a satisfactory time. They serve you a 2 course breakfast and lunch everyday while you wait. No dealership does that. Employees are always courteous and anxious to please you. I would go no where else. You can get your car washed every day! I live a bit far from Orlando so I only use my VIP benefits three times a year. Free ride to the airport and you can leave your car parked at the dealership for the duration of your trip. Facility looks like a resort. What more could you ask for?
First rate experience throughout. The CPO vehicle was in very good shape with low miles and Nicole Stem , the sales person was first rate???well informed, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with, as was her manager involved in my transaction.
