Best Decision I ever made

My previous car was a Lexus and I was happy with it but when the time came to shop for a new car I couldn’t get past the front end of the Lexus. The lost a loyal customer. The came the MB E43 and I made the leap. I’m totally impressed with this car in both style and performance. The interior is impeccable and the options are mind-boggling. I’m still learning new features it has. You can’t go wrong with this car.
Curtis Cheney was fantastic. I have purchased numerous cars in different States and Curtis ranks one of the top sales consultants I have dealt with. I would definitely suggest asking for Curtis to be your salesperson.

E43 unexpected braking

I love 90% of the car. Great drive train. However, the 10% that I don't like, and that Mercedes cannot fix, has soured me on the brand. The car locked up unexpectedly while driving on a city street over a bridge at 35 mph. Mercedes has inspected the car and reported that everything is working as designed - no faults discovered. Others have had this problem according to their own online forums. Because of their negligence I am at risk - which is why I will never buy another. Shame on you Mercedes for choosing profits over responsibility.

Very good experience, they took car for service when i reached. Proactive to complete documentation. Did proper Inspection. Im satisfied with the services and customer service. Price Paid for service is too Much expensive . they charged $450 for breaks and $550 Labour which is very expensive , I end up paying $1150 for general Service.
Had a flat tire and was in the Ft Washington area visiting during the Holidays from out of town. They did an amazing job coordinating with my dealership in NYC and locating my Tire Insurance plan in order to ensure I got processed correctly and didn't have to pay out of pocket for changing my Tires. Great run dealership! I would recommend.
I have been debating buying a new (used) car for a while. Searched the Mercedes CPO website regularly. When I saw that Greenwich had an ML with every feature my wife and I wanted I still procrastinated. I waited till this past Friday afternoon to call Greenwich Mercedes. Receptionist put me in touch with Tim H. and an hour later I had agreed to buy the car and pick it up the next day. Now, I told Tim that I was coming from Jersey so I wanted to be sure the paperwork and car would be ready so we can just take it home that same day. True to his word, Tim ensured that Finance had all the papers ready to sign and that the car was fully detailed. We drove up Saturday around noon and were home before dinnertime with a new ML350.
I never thought that I could afford a mercedes, but my fiance talked me into going to this dealership which he has been a customer of since 2014! He introduced me to Claudio Cirillo, who along with his team took the hassle and the stress out of the entire shopping and leasing process. I told them that the lease with my Toyota Scion was due to expire in two weeks, and Claudio was able to find me a mercedes within two days of that! They even took my old leased toyota and returned it for me so i did not have to do it myself. Claudio and his team made it so that when I came into the dealership, all i had to do was just sign some papers and that's it. They had everything waiting for me already. Then Freddy was nice enough to register me for the mBrace account and activate it on the spot, as well as show me the ins and outs of my new car. I could not be happier, nor could i recommend this dealership enough!!!! The customer service of Claudio and his team, and how accommodating the entire dealership was, will have my ever lasting loyalty. Thank you so much Claudio and everybody at Mercedes Benz of Greenwich, I look forward to many years together!!!
