We started our process looking for our next car by looking around all over the internet for the perfect Mercedes. As fate had it, our perfect match for an E400 was located at Mercedes-Benz of Hoffman Estates. At the time, my wife and I only were in the beginning stages for figuring out what our next car was going to be. It was a Saturday we planned to test drive cars and then review what we liked/didn't like and buy at a later date, Once we met with our assigned sales member, Greg Bolte, we knew we were in good hands. Greg gave us the overview and tour of the E400 we were considering and answered all of our questions with the utmost care and professionalism. After the test drive, Greg was genuinely interested in our thoughts and what we were looking for. Even though we were in a spot to buy as inventory moves quickly, Greg and Tom were never pushy or aggressive with their sales technique. A technique that both my wife and I appreciated. We took time to think over the prospect of buying the E400. It just made sense and these were the people we wanted to give our business to. The buying process and financing team that we worked with, including Jose Gomez, were a breeze to work with for this purchase. The team kindly stayed late past closing to ensure we could drive away that evening in our new car. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Quentin Johnson is a phenomenal sales rep- knowledgable about the vehicles, without the aggressive sales pitch I have come to expect car shopping. I would purchase a Mercedes from him any day, and Plaza is truly lucky to have him on their team.
Found the car I wanted on line and drove four hours to the dealership to make the trade. Dennis Epps made it happen without a hitch. He is a top tier salesperson, from who I would buy another car in the future. All in all an excellent way to buy a great car.

When I got tired of the antics of the DC Metro area dealers, I decided to check out of area dealerships. In researching, I came across Helms Brothers in Bayside, New York. Through a referral, I reached out to an outstanding salesperson, Manny Rodriguez. He knows about every vehicle he sells, very professional, attentive and leaves no questions unanswered. It was a pleasure to have worked with Manny in regards to my GLA 250 lease. He is a valuable asset to Helms Brothers. He went way above and beyond to find me the perfect vehicle on my timeline and price range. Hard to believe that a dealer has awesome deals in NYC, but it's true and worth every mile to drive a little to save a lot!!! I will definitely consider Helms Brothers for future automotive needs. Awara and Darnell were great. Awara is quite the character, he keeps things fun and light and knows his stuff. Darnell is another wealth of knowledge and will make you feel right at home. I wasn???t the happiest with the original online and phone correspondence. Very quick off the phone, ???no negotiation,??? They confirmed the E350 I was originally looking at was available 20 minutes before I headed their way only to find out it had sold the night prior.. classic tactic that I fell for. Awara was dealt a tough hand on this one as he was thrown into this, he had no prior knowledge of me coming in or the communication I had with the online team. He found me what I needed and was able to get the price to a point I could justify. Turns out they do negotiate ;) All in all I???m happy, buying a car is never a hoot but it got the job done and Awara made it as fun as it could be and was very attentive throughout the process.
I must say, I truly enjoyed my experience working with Mike Passagno. From the moment I shook his hand, I felt a sense of relief with the car purchasing process... This is the first time I have set out to purchase a car on my own, and to be a honest, I was scared to death. After talking with Mike, asking 100 questions, and looking at 25 different options... Jaleel Khan is the best. Setvice is perfect!! The service department is excellent and the product, the tires are great. The staff is professional , the waiting area is beautiful, as is the cafe . All is a great experience. I would definitely return to this dealership because of the professional received received through Jaleel. When I???m ready for another Mercedes I will definitely return to this dealership and continue to work with Jaleel. He is a most valued employee. I have always been satisfied ,as well , with the service department.

The experience I encountered was great service. I didn’t actually visit dealership physically. But online I was given tremendous assistance without delay. So I can only imagine the service at Audi north Miami. On 1-10 scale, I give 10 rating!!
Karina Kirkmire did an outstanding job of assisting me with any questions I had, and being a top notch professional. She was not pushy and she was very helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend her. Finance Manager Rachel Abielmona was also very helpful and a great communicator with any questions I had.
