This recent purchase of our 2018 X3 is our 5th BMW from I.G. Burton and the last four have been with Nate Robinson. He is polite, has a thorough knowledge of the BMW line of vehicles, is responsible and follows though in a timely manner, and has come to know what features we like/dislike over the years. He is also a BMW owner, which says volumes about his belief and dedication to the product that he sells.

With a bit a creative financing Matthew was able to allow me to upgrade to a vehicle that initially, potentially seemed to be out of reach. He also allowed me out get out of my current lease two months early. All the details of turning in my old vehicle were taken care of. I was very pleased.
I worked with Jack Daniels Porsche and their sales team to purchase a certified pre owned 911 targa. I live several states away, and buying a car unseen in person takes a lot of trust to do. I worked with Marty, and he did an amazing job describing the vehicle, and sending me additional pictures to help me make an informed purchasing decision. Marty did an exceptional job of explaining the vehicle, and how it rated in comparison to other Porsche models, as well as other similar models available elsewhere. His professionalism was exceptional, and he never pushed me into a decision to purchase, but rather educated me on if it was right for me. Overall it was an excellent experience, and I would work with Marty again.
Contacted by sales rep soon after Internet request. Proceeded with location of unit, video by text, and quote. Received estimate of trade-in by text communication. Scheduled pickup time for delivery. Greeted by sales consultant who handled the transaction professionally. Lease completed at agreed upon quote. Wife and I are pleased with our Akron Mercedes-Benz experience.
My process Leasing a Mercedes from Tafel motor Corporation was fantastic. The gentleman that helped my wife and I was Lawson.It was without a doubt the smoothest transition for Car leasing that I have ever experienced.This is without a doubt no exaggeration whatsoever had it not been that I locked all three of my credit scores and had to argue with the credit companies to open them up for them to have the ability to check my credit prior to getting the lease I would???ve been done with the entire process in less than an hour and a half. For me that is completely unheard of. I spent the last lease for four hours in the dealership, completely unacceptable.At Tofel Mercedes this was absolutely not the case they were 100% professional, and to the point, I totally appreciate the no BS approach to acquiring a leasing vehicle. For me there???s nothing worse than being miss led by the sales person only to find out what was promised can???t be done at the end. This never happened one time with Lawson, quite an exceptional sales man. In addition to that all the employees of the corporation were wonderful, helping my wife understand how to work the equipment on the new vehicle explaining the options that she had it was quite remarkable. I am extremely grateful for their professionalism and I will definitely be using them again in the future.
This dealership was great, especially our sales representative Lisa Hines. She went way beyond the call of duty to make sure we understood each step of the buying process; answered all of our questions; and just made the grueling process of buying a car so much better. I dealt with Joe in the service department. Joe was very accommodative for my wishes. I had scratches on my right front wheel. Joe was able to find someone to repair it. My only feedback on the repair was that it was slightly more than Joe originally quoted ($200 vs. $175). Also, which was nice, he suggested I come back in the spring to re-do the wheel and an extra wheel if needed. However, I didn't see any record of that accommodation on my sales receipt. Obviously my concern is when I call in the spring, will this repair still be honored. Overall, I was satisfied with the service and the ability to have a loner (GLC which my wife is interested in). So far all I have done is sign the paperwork for the vehicle. They gave me the price I wanted on a 2018 BMW 640i GT and have worked with me to get the vehicle delivered on our anniversary (I am in a different state). Their explanations are concise as long as you are clear on what you are asking or what you want. I would recommend Isringhausen
I needed some parts replaced on my 2015 ML3. Service was excellent. Got a loaner car even though service was done in a satisfactory time. They serve you a 2 course breakfast and lunch everyday while you wait. No dealership does that. Employees are always courteous and anxious to please you. I would go no where else. You can get your car washed every day! I live a bit far from Orlando so I only use my VIP benefits three times a year. Free ride to the airport and you can leave your car parked at the dealership for the duration of your trip. Facility looks like a resort. What more could you ask for?
Great service by Rudy Ibarra and his Director Walter Reed, they are very honest and transparent. Rudy find me the best match car within my price range. I have been buying and leasing car for last 30 years, one of the best service I got at this location. Will recommend to everyone. Thank you for a great experience.

Keith Diffenderffer was terrific from start to finish, and his offer to spend time with us after our purchase to make sure we got the most out of the car was much appreciated. He was also able to answer every question we had. i think Dale helped us in Finance. He was terrific, as well.
Went to test drive an E350. Was greeted by salesperson shortly after walking in to the showroom and instead of immediately trying to "sell" me something, asked which model I was interested in and then asked me if I'd ever driven one. I replied I hadn't so instead of launching into a sales pitch, he offered me a test drive so I could be sure I even liked the car before we started talking about buying or leasing and pricing. Was very impressed with how I was treated and how easy it was to shop at Silver Star!
