My wife and I had an Excellent experience working with Richard Rollnick , Sales and Leasing Consultant for Schumacher Mercedes Benz in Scottsdale, AZ in the process of purchasing a new vehicle. I can not say enough about the professional manner by which Richard conducted himself throughout the process. He was very knowledgeable about his products, a gentleman at all times and most important was a good listener. He listened to our needs and interests and then directed us in the best buying direction for us.
I would highly recommend Richard Rollnick as the best person in AZ to work with to purchase a new or used Mercedes Benz.
I took in a Porsche that the Porsche dealer was doing a terrible job on a minor service request, and Joaquin at Aston Martin Service fixed my problem right away. The service department at this dealership is excellent.
I just wanted to take a quick second to give Morris a big shout out and an even BIGGER THANKS!! He made my FIRST EVER car buying experience through a dealership so wonderful! He was kind, patient and very understanding, and did his all to work with me and get me into a car that I really wanted! Went to test drive an E350. Was greeted by salesperson shortly after walking in to the showroom and instead of immediately trying to "sell" me something, asked which model I was interested in and then asked me if I'd ever driven one. I replied I hadn't so instead of launching into a sales pitch, he offered me a test drive so I could be sure I even liked the car before we started talking about buying or leasing and pricing. Was very impressed with how I was treated and how easy it was to shop at Silver Star!
I will definitely do business again with MB of Walnut Creek. I was in a market to purchase a new vehicle and looked their inventory online. I was contacted by their internet specialist who made my selection a breeze! I emailed her my preference and price range and she found the car that fits all category. Financing was easy - I emailed my guidelines and was pre-approved and scheduled a test drive same day! My sales rep and everyone at the sale floor was nice and courteous. I came out of there with the car I wanted, with the payment terms (including extended warranties, etc) within my budget and the car was impecable! You cant beat MB quality of product and service. This is 3rd MB and I am definitely have brand loyalty and any future purchase will be at MB of Walnut Creek. Thank you!

Everyone is great while “selling” the car. However, Formula One and my sales person, Tina, did an amazing job throughout the entire process. From the time I walked in the door to receiving my permanent tag in the mail. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an upscale vehicle. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ANYWHERE ELSE!!!
I needed some parts replaced on my 2015 ML3. Service was excellent. Got a loaner car even though service was done in a satisfactory time. They serve you a 2 course breakfast and lunch everyday while you wait. No dealership does that. Employees are always courteous and anxious to please you. I would go no where else. You can get your car washed every day! I live a bit far from Orlando so I only use my VIP benefits three times a year. Free ride to the airport and you can leave your car parked at the dealership for the duration of your trip. Facility looks like a resort. What more could you ask for?
I have purchased many cars over the years and this was the best the best experience that I have had. My wife and I negotiated a purchase of a 2018 GLC 300 SUV this summer. We were pretty close on the deal but my wife and I at the last minute decided to hold off until the end of the year. The dealership was very understanding and did not try to pressure us. We came back and expressed an interest in the same deal just before thanksgiving. The sales person said he was having trouble finding a similar 2018 car but found a 2019 car with the same numbers . He made a proposal by email and I countered with a slightly better trade in number on my old car and we had e a deal without my even having to come into the dealership. My wife and I came to the dealership on Black Friday and we closed the deal including all paperwork in less than 3 hours. The closer was very organized and the extra options were clearly presented by him. The dealer Harry Sugerman was very profesiomal and patient with all my wife's questions about the operating features of the car. The building includIng the service area is immaculate and very well organized. We brought the car in to the dealership few days later to have the car paint coated and that went very smoothly. The best thing is that we love our car. I had bought an mercedes ML series SUV years ago and was not that happy with the car. This 2019 SUV is a major improvement. We have owned AUDI Q5s the last 8 years and this GLC is a big step up for us n safely, styling and handling. Looks to me like mercedes has made a clesr concerted effort to jump to the top of the heap in th luxury car market. Mercedes benz Bonita is a great new addition to the Naples car market. Looks like we have found a new home.
Here I was on my endless search for my dream car. Sadly after multiple trips to Miami to see cars that did not live up to the pictures, cars that had much more miles (in 1000's) than had been advertised and unfortunately cars that were not even there. And this was even if they just posted(while you were in route) I so wish I was joking. Well ok, back to Peterson Motorcars of WPB . 5pm on a Friday I show up as they are wrapping up the day. Did I feel rushed, absolutely not, were the quality of their cars top-notch,they most definitely were. Did everyone there just seem more relaxed than your average suit and tie dealership (understatement) Did I buy a car....Yes I Did. And the process was easy, never felt pressured, was given a great deal for a quality Lexus IS350*aka my dream car and YES I drove away in it in time to still have dinner by 7pm. I have purchased many cars in my 50 years of life but the overall experience at Peterson Motorcars I do not think will ever be repeated (oh wait,maybe ...if I go back for another car there in the future) Which I can definitely say ...will be my first stop. By far the best engineered car I have ever owned. It makes you want to keep driving it is so comfortable. The power of this vehicle is unmatched. The looks are head turning. A lot of people asked about the car at every stop we made.
Bad days and misunderstandings happen to all of us but the customer service redemption of this dealership is impeccable. They have me on a happiness high. Very grateful for Jeff and Jeremy. Odometer Fraud. Patrick Titshaw tried to commit odometer fraud with my 2015 Smart Car Passion Coupe to evade honoring the four year 50,000 warranty.
Awara and Darnell were great. Awara is quite the character, he keeps things fun and light and knows his stuff. Darnell is another wealth of knowledge and will make you feel right at home. I wasn???t the happiest with the original online and phone correspondence. Very quick off the phone, ???no negotiation,??? They confirmed the E350 I was originally looking at was available 20 minutes before I headed their way only to find out it had sold the night prior.. classic tactic that I fell for. Awara was dealt a tough hand on this one as he was thrown into this, he had no prior knowledge of me coming in or the communication I had with the online team. He found me what I needed and was able to get the price to a point I could justify. Turns out they do negotiate ;) All in all I???m happy, buying a car is never a hoot but it got the job done and Awara made it as fun as it could be and was very attentive throughout the process.

Ride and power are exceptional.Inside leather and carbon fiber touches very nicely done.Being able to control the ride between comfort to sportmode plus is big benefit
This dealership is new and an up and comer. Their process is quick, easy and hassle free. I was treated with respect and the service is awesome. My main point of contact was Jonathan. His attention to detail and communication were both great. I met 2 of his co-workers and they too, were professionals. This dealership and brand is a welcome addition for those in search of high end, exotic cars sold in a professional way.
