Chris communicated with me by email and was incredibly patient throughout the discussion. We were able to work out an agreement via email and my wife, Michelle, and I went to the dealership to finalize the purchase. When we arrived, with Michelle's 89 year old father in two, Chris greeted all three of us with incredible respect. He made the process as smooth as it could have been and we could not be happier. Chris made certain the car we chose and our experience exceeded our expectations.

So reliable. It is in fact the one for family people. I use it for road trips! Great power and great capabilities. I use it for only highway use, and it is made to be driven on road trips. It’s not made for road to road and turning everyday.
Al and Kim were outstanding never pressured me .I bought a Cadillac Escalade platinum loaded with the bells and whistles. They treated me very well. I will recommend them to other people.Nice luxury cars and suvs.

I was thinking about buying a car online (without personally see it). Even though I ended up not buying it (because of color), I thought the salesman was excellent, really knew the spec's on the car and really guided me thru the process. I would definitely contact them again on another car.
I recently purchased a 2013 BMW M6 from Marshall Goldman Motor Sales and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. I called on the day after Thanksgiving to see if they were open and if the car was available. The lady who answered was very kind and let me know they were open and the car was still available.
I drove out to take a look at the vehicle and was greeted at the door by a smiling face welcoming me. She told me to take a look around and she would let Joe know that I was there. I was blown away by the absolutely gorgeous and rare exotic cars everywhere! Joe immediately came out to greet me and took me to see the BMW M6. The car was exactly as described and in basically new condition. Joe answered all of my questions and highlighted some features about the car that I was not aware of. I was ready to purchase right away!
Joe walked me through all of my options for financing the vehicle and went out of his way to work with me on the numbers. I truly felt like he was trying to get me the best deal possible that would work for my budget. I wanted to think it over and speak with my wife before making the purchase so I told him I would get back to him the following day.
The next day I took my wife to look at the car and she was also impressed and told me to go ahead and buy it. Joe ended up working out an even better deal than we discussed the previous day and was able to get the payment where I needed it. I really wanted to drive away in the car and was worried because it was near closing time. Joe and his team said they would stay late to get all the paperwork done and make sure I left in my dream car!! I must say that one of the ladies in the front office, Jean, was a great help and was a pleasure to work with!
Overall, I highly recommend Marshall Goldman Motor Sales! They have an amazing selection of cars and a staff that will go the extra mile to get you in your dream car! Thanks again to Joe and his team!
Joe, Lee and Larry are excellent to deal with. I purchased a 2017 Maserati GranTourismo MC Centennial from them and could not be more pleased with the quality of the automobile. Their dealership stores all their cars inside and it is like walking through an exotic car toy store. This is a dealership for the true car enthusiast. The price I paid for my car was one of the best in the USA.
Luxurious car with all the bells and whistles

This car has amazing power and comfort. The interior leather is buttery soft and a beautiful color. Legroom is adequate in the front and middle row. A little cramped in the back row. I would like the back hatch window to open seperately from the glass but they say it's a safety feature. OnlyTwo things that I'm not happy with: 1. The running boards are about 2 inches too narrow. It's tricky sometimes depending on the shoes I'm wearing to not slip off. 2. I don't care for the headrests onthe second row. They are very small and rock back and forth. I would prefer something stationary and larger for comfort. Other than that,the car is incredible. Fanciest car I've ever owned !
My shopping experience was outstanding. Everyone is extremely friendly and Neal is an outstanding sales person. Dealership is very clean and everyone is willing to go out of their way to give you an experience to remember.
This is the first time I've ever owned an electric car, so I had many questions. Larry was extremely helpful in answering all my questions. He also provided me with very specific information, advice and paperwork; for example, regarding sales tax, that saved me a lot of money. I love my electric car and Larry helped make the transition very easy.
Customer service could only be described as EXTRAORDINARY!

This vehicle Matt most of my expectations it is fast it garage fantastic but has a few Deficiencies. First being the air condition system has a serious issue with mold smell from condensate forming in the evaporator housing. The service advisor told me that I had to run the heat a short while each time to dry this moisture before stopping the vehicle.
Second the entertainment system can only be controlled from the rear of the car, if you have a small child in a car seat you have to get out of the vehicle and get next to them to turn on a movie or a game this is ridiculous.
Third the body style is seven years old and very dated it needs to be upgraded to be competitive with Audi BMW and Lexus.

I had a great experience here at Mercedes of Pleasanton the person I dealt there was Kris he was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to you I didn't feel pushed at all I haven't bought a car yet but I will be returning there
I went here to buy a car after work. Not only I found the car that i like. It was in great condition at the best price I found. The dealership made sure that my car was perfect cause I have an for the smallest detail. But none of this wouldn’t be possible if it wasn’t for my salesman Pierre Russell. He went to extremes to make my experience the best. I would by the next 10 cars from him and I will recommen to anybody
