I found a very specific and unique sportscar at TVE using the internet (Jaguar XK-R). I'm in Illinois so giving it a test drive in person was not practical. I sent a friend from the Dallas area to inspect the car and test drive. Everything went without a hitch. The inspection showed no surprises. The dealer didn't point out anything, but any blemishes were there to see and the dealer certainly didn't try to hide anything. The test drive went good, everything on the car checked out. The carfax was good and I called Jaguar and the VIN check showed all maintenance was up to date. I bought the car without a hassle ($500 deposit, cashier's check down payment with paperwork, they financed balance of car price at a better than local rate). Everything went as fast as you could hope for thanks to a prepaid and labeled Fedex envelope. They received my check on Friday morning, car was loaded on a transporter on Saturday morning, I received the car Sunday night. Car had all the minor issues I already knew about, nothing more. Engine runs perfectly, even better than expected. I'm extremely pleased and would not hesitate to buy from this place again. There are some other places near the area I would NOT recommend - but this place is A-OK! They've been in business around 17 years. You don't stick around that long if you sell junk. I will certainly check them out again when I'm looking for that special sports, luxury, or off-road vehicle!
Had a flat tire and was in the Ft Washington area visiting during the Holidays from out of town. They did an amazing job coordinating with my dealership in NYC and locating my Tire Insurance plan in order to ensure I got processed correctly and didn't have to pay out of pocket for changing my Tires. Great run dealership! I would recommend.
We recently purchased our Mercedes Benz it is our pride and joy and had to take it in for a schedule B service. we ran into an issue but after several conversations the Manager Charles called me back and was very understanding as to getting the situation resolved. He treated me with grace and i was completely satisfied with the way he rectified the situation he even presented options in getting it resolved to my satisfaction. regardless of what the problem was the manager wanted to fix it. its just good to know that you can take your luxury car to a place like EuroMotors Germantown where they will treat it with as much care as you have invested in it. overall good service.

I bought my car from Frank Winstel. He is the best! He knows exactly what we want and helped us to pick the perfect car with great price I can find from 3 dealers, one in Columbus, oh, and the other in Lexington, KY, which is our local store. The best thing was that we did all the quotes on phones and emails since it is 1.5 hours driving. After we reached the agreement, he helped us to get everything ready including the car insurance, so we just drove there and pickuped the car. We are very happy for the service!!! This review is for the periodic maintenance with my advisor, Jimmy Ho. Jimmy's team's great. Jimmy has been my go to advisor for the last few 10,000 maintenance services and I will continue to bring my car to him for service in the future. Everything was done on time and I feel that my car runs much smoother after it's been serviced. The shuttle service for drop-off and pick-up is definitely an added benefit. Drivers are polite and the cars are clean.
From the time we walked thru the door our salesman made us feel great. He was helpful had great knowledge on the cars and found us what we wanted. Best dealership salesman I ever dealt with and I???ve bought several cars in my 70 years.
