I initially posted a negative review after we purchased from Landmark and found out a few months later that our suspension needed a significant amount of work, despite having been told that it was serviced prior to purchase. However, within an hour of posting my review the Landmark GM, Sunil, called to follow up with me to see what the problem was and how they could resolve it for me. I took my car back in, Landmark’s service department took another look, and in the end they did all the suspension work that was required. They really went above and beyond to make sure what could have been a negative experience turned out to be a positive one, and I am very grateful to Sunil and the whole team.
Our sales associate Kylee Thompson made our car buying experience fun and she made us feel like we knew her for along time. She was very friendly , answered all my questions and helped us with every aspect of our new car from buying, to setting up phone link and showing all the options it came with thoroughly ! We are repeat customers and this time around was way better and less stressful than the 1st time. Adriana Carlos also was wonderful and made us feel like family..he was very nice and easy to talk to and did everything for finance, to get us a great deal on our new car! We will come back again for sure!
Very pleasant transaction. Butch was cordial, extremely helpful and accommodating to my needs. Quick and easy; no hassling. All done over the phone. Appreciative they delivered the car to my house, 80 miles away. Drivers were nice as well. My apologizes, but can't recall which manager called me to solidify the transaction. My father (Jim Phillips) bought many of his autos through the years from Paramount and always spoke fondly of their employees.
I’ve been a BMW driver for about 3 years now and have been to numerous BMW dealerships. In my experience, all BMW dealerships hold themselves to the highest standards, but somehow Sterling has set themselves far apart from their counterparts.
Whether it’s walking into service or the showroom everyone recognizes me and remembers my name from previous engagements. It makes me feel very welcome and part of a family of BMW aficionados. It was my first time purchasing a car and Jorge was my sales associate. He made the whole process very pleasant and stress free. He went above and beyond by answering all the questions I had and even staying after hours to make sure I had a satisfactory experience. Salesman Donnie was really nice. He really paid attention to what we said we were looking for. I just can't get over their prices. I was looking at a 2017 Kia Sorento LX with the V6 engine. The Sorento sells new for about $26k. The vehicle we were looking at had 44k miles on it. The price listed online for vehicle was $17,800. Of course there is the fine print that to get their "online" price, the purchase had to be 100% financed through the dealership's go-to financing company, Chrysler Capital. The price on the paper in the window of the vehicle was just over $25k. That is insane. A simple search on cars.com as well as carmax.com and truecar.com found hundreds of the exact same vehicles with similar mileage for under $20k. I will never purchase from Stephen Wade.
My wife and I recently purchased our first vehicle from Mercedes-Benz Columbus. We have had a number of positive experiences with other dealers, but this purchase was different. The dealership has a unique way to connect with the customer. You feel more like you are dealing with your family rather than someone you just met. The product knowledge and courtesy of staff is similar to many dealerships. What sets them apart is the trust you immediately recognize as genuine and sincere. We were looking for more than just to purchase a new Mercedes. We were seeking to find a dealership that we could build a relationship built on trust. We were also trying to find a dealership where the staff and owner were committed to the long term and looking past the immediate sale. All of the staff we dealt with has been with the dealership 10 years or longer. If you are looking for a dealership you can build a relationship that will last and will probably have the same staff for your next purchase Mercedes-Benz Columbus is where we think you should start.
Being from out of the area i was hesitant to pursue a vehicle here. The email correspondence with John Schafer ahead of a visit was courteous and helpful. At the dealership our experience was very comfortable. They were willing to work with us to make the deal work. Also impressed with the additional warranty. Only negative was we had to wait about 90 min to meet with finance to finish up the paperwork because they were shorthanded. Overall very good experience.
I bought my car from Frank Winstel. He is the best! He knows exactly what we want and helped us to pick the perfect car with great price I can find from 3 dealers, one in Columbus, oh, and the other in Lexington, KY, which is our local store. The best thing was that we did all the quotes on phones and emails since it is 1.5 hours driving. After we reached the agreement, he helped us to get everything ready including the car insurance, so we just drove there and pickuped the car. We are very happy for the service!!! This is second car we got from same dealer within 4 years. Thanks so much for everything you did for us, Frank!
