After the service department called me and informed me of a recall, we set an appointment for eight in the morning. They told me the process will take one hour and I can wait while they are working on my car. When I got there after being in traffic for one hour, the guy at the service desk informed me that they don't have the part!! I could not believe that after they actually calling me and send a follow up text message as reminder, they did not have the part. When I mention that I was in the car for one hour to get there, the guy at the service desk said I know where Wayne is, it doesn't take one hour!!
called and spoke to John about 2005 Volvo XC90. he was very courtious and we made arrangements for a test drive. We were over an hour late but car was ready and waiting for us. After a test drive we worked out a deal with a few minor repairs. The repairs were made promptly and we picked up the vehicle 2 days later. Great experience would definitly call them again .

I was looking for a new lease and Jamie the GM reached out to me and was so responsive. Not only did they bring the car to me (1 1/2 hours away...thank you Pat) for the test drive, they brought the paperwork as well so I wouldn't have to take the trip back to the dealership. It took hours to sign and drive my last lease! The customer service was superb and I appreciate how flexible and patient Eddie Somers was with my late night texts about the features of the car. Great place friendly salesperson I wanted something else end up getting a later model vehicle the I really wanted and didn’t think I can get cheaper down payment mark and Paul listen and was honest with me a great place to do business I would be telling people and coworkers at septa about this place

Search engine was easy and mostly accurate. Some details about the vehicle were off, for example, the listing stated the vehicle had gps and memory seats. The vehicle actually does not have either. Also, the vehicle has a spoiler moonroof and not a full functioning moonroof. Despite those missed details, thanks to Cars.com, I was still able to make a good vehicle purchase.
