It was our first experience bought the car out of NY state. The process was smooth, the price was fair with great customer service and finance. We found many cars to choose in our first visit and down to Nissan Rogue 2018. Special thanks for Gerald Sales person who so patience and genuine showed us the best deal and kept us update till we finalize everything. It was awesome!! And we were pleased that Eddie, the finance manager able found us a best rate for our car loan. And thanks to Janet who did all final paperwork fast and through. I was recently involved in a bad accident and needed help getting into a new car, especially since I owed on my car still. I could not believe how helpful Eddie the finance manager and Cort the owner were. This is the place to go! Wish i would have gone here the last time I was car shopping.

The service at Mercedes-Benz of Huntington is wonderful. Unfortunately, I'm there too often. My 350E gets a flat or blowout frequently - a pot hole or change in weather can trigger. On Thanksgiving Day we got TWO flat tires at once, a trick to handle with only one spare. Tom Palermo handled our service needs quickly and efficiently and made it clear that I am not alone. As often as I get my flats, he assured me that other car owners get theirs far more frequently than me.

My dealership if choice for Mercedes Benz. Eric Grobert sets and surpasses the bar for service, professionalism and commitment to customer retention. He tries to secure an appt for you asap. Usually very happy with actual service, as I was this time; or so I thought. I was told it was a software issue and an oil change. $500+. As I write this review, car failed to go into gear & it is sitting at aamco for an intelligence module within the transmission, a rebuilt transmission. Estimated cost $5300! I'm not sure what MBHuntington missed, but in addition to $5300, lots of lost time & inconvenience for me.

Very stylish, comfortable, clean and drives like a dream car. It exceeded my expectations. It was the color I wanted and the interior is immaculate. Low mileage.
Anthony was a terrific salesman who assisted with our sale. He was very helpful in all aspects of our sale, from purchasing to pick up. Would gladly refer any friends to this dealership and salesman. It’s great! It has really precise break and accelerator. I really like the screen too. I also like the outer shape, and the color too. It looks a little bit ugly from the back tho.
I have been debating buying a new (used) car for a while. Searched the Mercedes CPO website regularly. When I saw that Greenwich had an ML with every feature my wife and I wanted I still procrastinated. I waited till this past Friday afternoon to call Greenwich Mercedes. Receptionist put me in touch with Tim H. and an hour later I had agreed to buy the car and pick it up the next day. Now, I told Tim that I was coming from Jersey so I wanted to be sure the paperwork and car would be ready so we can just take it home that same day. True to his word, Tim ensured that Finance had all the papers ready to sign and that the car was fully detailed. We drove up Saturday around noon and were home before dinnertime with a new ML350.

I purchased the car used and it is in great condition and has everything i want in it. If is a fun, reliable and safe car. I'll buy another one when I'm done with this one.
I never thought that I could afford a mercedes, but my fiance talked me into going to this dealership which he has been a customer of since 2014! He introduced me to Claudio Cirillo, who along with his team took the hassle and the stress out of the entire shopping and leasing process. I told them that the lease with my Toyota Scion was due to expire in two weeks, and Claudio was able to find me a mercedes within two days of that! They even took my old leased toyota and returned it for me so i did not have to do it myself. Claudio and his team made it so that when I came into the dealership, all i had to do was just sign some papers and that's it. They had everything waiting for me already. Then Freddy was nice enough to register me for the mBrace account and activate it on the spot, as well as show me the ins and outs of my new car. I could not be happier, nor could i recommend this dealership enough!!!! The customer service of Claudio and his team, and how accommodating the entire dealership was, will have my ever lasting loyalty. Where do I begin? Well I was coming from driving a Infiniti Q45, which has a V8 engine. I was used to driving a big car and I actually really liked it. Unfortunately, my car was getting old and started to show signs of its declining health :-( So I knew I needed a new car and I knew I wanted an upgrade! I test drive the S-Class and the C-Class. Ultimately, I went with the C-Class because this is my first Mercedes and I was scared to just jump out there and go right to the big boy without being familiar with the maintenance and hearing everyone tell me about how expensive the maintenance is.
So far, I like the car even though I have had to go back to the dealer a few times over the past 2 weeks. I think that is the dealer's fault though. I bought a certified used car but there are issues that I think they dealer did not check before selling me the car. For instance, the Mbrace button in the car is not activated, the exterior lights on the door handles went dead on the second day. Small things but very annoying.
As I mentioned, it has only been 2 full weeks, so I am still learning the car. I am playing around with it and reading the manuals/watching the videos to learn about all the features. One thing I have to get used to is the "comfort mode". The car automatically starts up in "comfort mode" which is the mode that is designed to help save gas and be more efficient. That means the car cuts off when I stop sometimes and then starts back up when I let off the brake. It's kind of weird because 1, you can hear the turn off and start up... then there's a little lag in your take off when this happens. Benz makes it easy for you to turn this feature off with just a touch of a button though, so that's good.
Overall, I like the car and would recommend to a friend (just not the dealership I went to). I am definitely missing the size I had with my Infiniti so I will be upgrading to an S-Class when time permits.
I purchased a pre-owned Honda Odyssey from Greenwich MB in Nov 2017; a great car in great condition with low miles at a great price. I experienced truly Exceptional Customer Service with Willie Williams. He went out of his way, and out of normal business hours, to pick me up at the train station when my previous car had trouble.
Willie made the transaction process very smooth, very transparent, and had everything I needed ready even before I asked for it. I paid a fee for them to do 2 title transfers & to get my car registered in NJ. That was done in a timely fashion And they returned $500 unused from the transfers! I didn’t expect to see any of that money again…. Shows me honesty and integrity as well as flawless ease of good service.

We recently purchased our second vehicle from Wallingford Auto Park, our salesman Jeff went above and beyond showing us many cars. We had a couple issues when we picked up the vehicle but Wallingford Auto Park took care of them right away and redetailed the vehicle and gave us a free oil change.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

You can’t beat this car especially for the price! This is one Mercedes entry level but they didn’t treat it that way! Well equipped and quality that shows
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied.
