Very stylish, comfortable, clean and drives like a dream car. It exceeded my expectations. It was the color I wanted and the interior is immaculate. Low mileage.
My experience was excellent at Ray Catena of Union!! I was unsure what I wanted from a new to pre-certified Mercedes but after searching for about a week both online and at other dealerships I knew who I wanted to buy car from....Chris Bradfield. Chris was professional, knowledgeable and always listened to my questions and understood my goals. He politely took me out for test drives and while I didn't buy the brand new Mercedes I did end up buying a pre-owned vehicle which was better suited for my budget. I think Chris is a great representation of the dealership and while I know he was fairly new, he was trained very well and if he didn't know the answers, he knew where to go to get them. I applaud the managment of Ray Catena Union for identifying good talent and giving young professionals (like his brother Nick) an opportunity to grow in the organization. Chris is a real asset to the dealership and I can see him continuing to grow and assume further managment/leadership at some point. Thank you!!

It’s great! It has really precise break and accelerator. I really like the screen too. I also like the outer shape, and the color too. It looks a little bit ugly from the back tho.
We had a wonderful experience dealing with Lenny. He was very professional and helpful in putting us into our new 2019 C300. We were unable to pick up the car in person. Lenny arranged for Jordy to deliver the car to us. He demonstrated the new features of the car and took the time to make us comfortable with the car. My wife and I have bought many cars through the years and have never had a salesman like Christopher Bradfield. If he was to be rated on a scale from 1-10 ( 10 being the highest ), we would rate him a 15. Chris was knowledgeable,polite,patient,thorough,comforting, to name a few of his attributes.He went above and beyond to help us with the process of buying a car. I purchased the car used and it is in great condition and has everything i want in it. If is a fun, reliable and safe car. I'll buy another one when I'm done with this one.
I Found MY Mercedes on line called and spoke with Nick . He explained to me in detail about the car and sent me additional pics. I was coming from NJ and i didn't want to waste the trip. My credit was not the greatest . Nick told me that he can get almost anyone approved to just come down with the info that he asked me for. Where do I begin? Well I was coming from driving a Infiniti Q45, which has a V8 engine. I was used to driving a big car and I actually really liked it. Unfortunately, my car was getting old and started to show signs of its declining health :-( So I knew I needed a new car and I knew I wanted an upgrade! I test drive the S-Class and the C-Class. Ultimately, I went with the C-Class because this is my first Mercedes and I was scared to just jump out there and go right to the big boy without being familiar with the maintenance and hearing everyone tell me about how expensive the maintenance is.
So far, I like the car even though I have had to go back to the dealer a few times over the past 2 weeks. I think that is the dealer's fault though. I bought a certified used car but there are issues that I think they dealer did not check before selling me the car. For instance, the Mbrace button in the car is not activated, the exterior lights on the door handles went dead on the second day. Small things but very annoying.
As I mentioned, it has only been 2 full weeks, so I am still learning the car. I am playing around with it and reading the manuals/watching the videos to learn about all the features. One thing I have to get used to is the "comfort mode". The car automatically starts up in "comfort mode" which is the mode that is designed to help save gas and be more efficient. That means the car cuts off when I stop sometimes and then starts back up when I let off the brake. It's kind of weird because 1, you can hear the turn off and start up... then there's a little lag in your take off when this happens. Benz makes it easy for you to turn this feature off with just a touch of a button though, so that's good.
Overall, I like the car and would recommend to a friend (just not the dealership I went to). I am definitely missing the size I had with my Infiniti so I will be upgrading to an S-Class when time permits.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
My first purchase in 2012 was wonderful experience with Tim Welsh. As the years have gone by , I have also dealt with Ed and Griffin in Sprinter Sales, all of the sales personnel making car / van buying a very easy process. John and Michael in service have been keeping the " fleet " running perfectly, Finance department easy to deal with, and of course Richard who knows everything about the MB lineup and never far away to help navigate the MB command system.

It was a pleasure to have worked with Manny in regards to my GLA 250 lease. He is a valuable asset to Helms Brothers. He went way above and beyond to find me the perfect vehicle on my timeline and price range. First let me say that i normally don’t do this. My experience was so good that i had to. I first went to Great Neck for a different car and found out that it was already sold. No call no deposit from me so that’s completely understandable. Upon walking on the lot i came across my baby. There she was a nice yankee navy blue 2013 740 Li BMW with a caramel interior... I looked at the price and quickly thought i can’t afford this - or so i thought. Upon entering the building i was greeted by Mr Rick Rogers. He was very articulate and persuasive without being pushy. Straight off the back i could tell i was dealing with a seasoned veteran. So within our conversation he suggested that i take her for a spin and boooooy did i... Best test drive I’ve ever been on. All the amenities anyone can ask for. Luxury power performance and payment lol.. After my thrilling test ride it was time to sit down and talk to John the financial guru.
The first thing he said was i will get u where u need to be. That sounds great but what’s the catch.? There was none !!! Within hours i was driving my BMW off the lot and into my driveway.. My payments and insurance are within reason for my situation. Overall i had a GREAT car buying experience at Great Neck and i will DEFINITELY recommend them to all my friends... BTW this is a real person and story..!!!
