Excellent customer service from Kevin in the service department. My Rogue needed a new SD card for the navigation system. He ordered it; called me as soon as it came in. I didn't even have to get out of my Rogue to have it installed and he patiently answered all my questions. I am pleased with my Rogue and the quality of service I received from everyone at World Car Nissan! Great job!

Excellent customer service from Sebastian Cortes, I highly recommend him. As a woman it can be a little intimidating to buy a car on your own. He explained everything as many times as needed. Didn’t feel pressure or rushed like in other places.
I had an amazing time at world car nissan, yesenia and sylvia were amazing. I got all of my questions answered, any car i wanted to see i got to see with no problems and in the end i was able to find the perfect car.
Still in the process, and the salesman is okay, but their email communications are jacked. The day after taking a test drive I receive an email asking when I want to take a test drive. An email supposedly from my salesman lists a cell number to another salesman. A young sales manager calls me on my cell asking when I want to come by and see the car...a few days after I've come by and seen the car. Spooky.
The service personnel greeted me before I could get out of my car. They assisted me with my things since I am disabled. I was kept informed of the progress of my car. Everyone I came in contact with was very professional and friendly. Legend KIA is the only place I take my car to to get serviced. When my car was finished the service personnel explained. What was done to my car. My car was returned to me washed & vacuumed.

I didn't buy my truck here because I found it at another dealer that had it in the color I wanted but I get it serviced here because it is close to home. I have been twice and the people and the service are excellent and hassle free. Not one negative! My service agent, Alberto was MORE than competent and took care to get my truck service quickly and even replace my battery without questions. I will be back next time and I will buy from here next time also.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. I was in the market for a new suv/crossover. After doing tons of research I found mission mitsubishi. They had this promotion $4,500 cash for junkers that allowed me to lower my monthly payments significantly! The crazy thing is I didn't have a junk car to trade in and they still give their me the $4,500. I wouldn't say my credit is amazing, but they really did work with me and helped me throughout the entire process. In all honesty this dealership only wants to help people feel confident buying a car and with their service and friendliness I was able to drive my new Eclipse off the lot knowing I could rely on them if my car needed anything. When talking to the salesman I asked why does your dealership say #1 in the United States. He simply told me they sell the most mitsubishi cars in the U.S. which is no surprise because without a doubt I would by my wife's next vehicle here just because of how much they care about their customers. A lot of the time you forget that where you buy the vehicle is just as important as to what vehicle you buy. At Mission Mitsubishi you get the best of both worlds, solid and trustworthy dealership with the most reliable cars on the market!
AJ, our sales person, was great. We made a personal relationship with him. We were presented a new car option which was something that we didn’t expect. Nice touch. Only complaint is the facilities are old and dingy.
