He was knowledgeable about the Audi Q5....which was important to us as we had previously only bought Mercedes. Bobby stayed true to his word and helped us get the windshield fixed, after we drove the car off the lot. Very trustworthy. I would buy another car from him.

It’s great! It has really precise break and accelerator. I really like the screen too. I also like the outer shape, and the color too. It looks a little bit ugly from the back tho.

I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

Awara and Darnell were great. Awara is quite the character, he keeps things fun and light and knows his stuff. Darnell is another wealth of knowledge and will make you feel right at home. I wasn???t the happiest with the original online and phone correspondence. Very quick off the phone, ???no negotiation,??? They confirmed the E350 I was originally looking at was available 20 minutes before I headed their way only to find out it had sold the night prior.. classic tactic that I fell for. Awara was dealt a tough hand on this one as he was thrown into this, he had no prior knowledge of me coming in or the communication I had with the online team. He found me what I needed and was able to get the price to a point I could justify. Turns out they do negotiate ;) All in all I???m happy, buying a car is never a hoot but it got the job done and Awara made it as fun as it could be and was very attentive throughout the process.

Very stylish, comfortable, clean and drives like a dream car. It exceeded my expectations. It was the color I wanted and the interior is immaculate. Low mileage.
This is the 6th car I have bought from this dealership I feel confident and trust the people I have dealt with, I consider Haig and JD friends of mine along with other team members as well Kevin in service has been awesome as well to my family. No pressure or stress just the way it should be.

Where do I begin? Well I was coming from driving a Infiniti Q45, which has a V8 engine. I was used to driving a big car and I actually really liked it. Unfortunately, my car was getting old and started to show signs of its declining health :-( So I knew I needed a new car and I knew I wanted an upgrade! I test drive the S-Class and the C-Class. Ultimately, I went with the C-Class because this is my first Mercedes and I was scared to just jump out there and go right to the big boy without being familiar with the maintenance and hearing everyone tell me about how expensive the maintenance is.
So far, I like the car even though I have had to go back to the dealer a few times over the past 2 weeks. I think that is the dealer's fault though. I bought a certified used car but there are issues that I think they dealer did not check before selling me the car. For instance, the Mbrace button in the car is not activated, the exterior lights on the door handles went dead on the second day. Small things but very annoying.
As I mentioned, it has only been 2 full weeks, so I am still learning the car. I am playing around with it and reading the manuals/watching the videos to learn about all the features. One thing I have to get used to is the "comfort mode". The car automatically starts up in "comfort mode" which is the mode that is designed to help save gas and be more efficient. That means the car cuts off when I stop sometimes and then starts back up when I let off the brake. It's kind of weird because 1, you can hear the turn off and start up... then there's a little lag in your take off when this happens. Benz makes it easy for you to turn this feature off with just a touch of a button though, so that's good.
Overall, I like the car and would recommend to a friend (just not the dealership I went to). I am definitely missing the size I had with my Infiniti so I will be upgrading to an S-Class when time permits.
I bought a slightly used Honda HRV and I love it. Ara was nice to me the whole time and very helpful even though he was a newer employee. The managers and service department were very helpful as well and Alex the delivery guy was super friendly and helpful too. Ask for Ara next time you???re here!!!
Just bought a used 2013 Impreza from the North Reading Subaru. Dwight was our salesperson and the whole process was very smooth. We got a good deal and it wasn't at all frustrating as some of my previous car buying experiences have been. This is the second car I've bought there and I would definitely recommend them.

Overall awesome except the tire s are not new and no spare I would have to spend some big cash to get at least two before the snow
