I purchased the car used and it is in great condition and has everything i want in it. If is a fun, reliable and safe car. I'll buy another one when I'm done with this one.
My service rep Ken is the ultimate professional when it comes to customer service. I've serviced my car at browns for the last 2 yrs. Not once have i had any problems with service. I mean that 100% i am truly a satisfied customer. I brought my car there 2 yrs ago, and when i get 300,000 mileage on this one, I'll buy another from here. Completely satisfied!!!

Very stylish, comfortable, clean and drives like a dream car. It exceeded my expectations. It was the color I wanted and the interior is immaculate. Low mileage.
I LOVE my new Mini Cooper bright orange convertible! It has so many cool features and it's amazing to drive. We even put the convertible down in winter with the windows up and it's not even that cold! The heated seats and colored lights on the dashboard are so wonderful. Tim and Abe were the best sales team ever! They were very patient with me while I looked at EVERY single Mini on the lot! I finally spotted the one that fits me perfectly. It's the first brand new car that I have ever owned and I have always wanted a Mini Cooper. Dreams come true!!!

Best car you can buy for the money. I have never driven a car that handles as well. I would recommend this vehicle to anyone.
I’ve been a BMW driver for about 3 years now and have been to numerous BMW dealerships. In my experience, all BMW dealerships hold themselves to the highest standards, but somehow Sterling has set themselves far apart from their counterparts.
Whether it’s walking into service or the showroom everyone recognizes me and remembers my name from previous engagements. It makes me feel very welcome and part of a family of BMW aficionados. Everyone is super friendly and is genuinely interested in what you have to say, whether it’s just small talk or business.
I’ve been going to Sterling for about 1 year now and I don’t think any dealership can compare in quality, customer service, and professionalism.

I had my car serviced at Suitland Infiniti on November 27. I appreciated the excellent customer service and updates by my service advisor, Kenji Evasco! I was prepared to rent a car since the repair on my car was not going to be finished until the next day. However, I was delighted when I arrived and found out that a loaner car was available. Thank you Suitland Infiniti for your excellent customer service!
Was having constant headliner rattling noise either from headliner or panoramic roof. First took vehicle to Tyson's Corner Mercedes-Benz, Service Writer assistant manager Told me the noise was coming from the headliner and needed to be replaced which requires removing the front windshield which mostly break on the removal process and replaced with a non Mercedes-Benz original acoustic windshield. I decided I needed a second opinion service appointment at Mercedes-Benz of Chantilly. With a good news phone call message from service advisor: Cristian Grijalva that the headliner was not the issue it was the panoramic roof assembly parts that needed to to lubed. The headliner/roof noise is now gone. "Thank you MB Chantilly"
Ronnie Naman was very professional and wonderful to work with. Very satisfied with the buying experience. He quickly accepted my leased car and showed me the car I was looking for. I was out of the dealership very quickly.
I really regret not going to Action Automotive sooner! Every other dealer I visited used high-pressure/high-stress sales tactics, had zero respect for my very busy work schedule, and not one of them could even get my name right!
Ben had everything ready to go, and got to work right away on beating my bank's finance rate. I was in and out quickly, with no pressure, no stress, and a great rate on my loan. Would DEFINITELY recommend!!!

After looking for used All Wheel Drive sedan with style , this above all was the car. Great car ,drive, amenities, space, price and last but not least STYLE!
Replacing my review titled Be honest with customers. Cars.com doesn’t allow for easy removal or update of reviews. I fixed the issues with the car at my own cost. I had got the car at a good price anyway since when bought new it’s a car that costs over $100k. So I accept that, and since car drives great after the repairs think it’s appropriate to revise the ratings for Imperial Highline.

Where do I begin? Well I was coming from driving a Infiniti Q45, which has a V8 engine. I was used to driving a big car and I actually really liked it. Unfortunately, my car was getting old and started to show signs of its declining health :-( So I knew I needed a new car and I knew I wanted an upgrade! I test drive the S-Class and the C-Class. Ultimately, I went with the C-Class because this is my first Mercedes and I was scared to just jump out there and go right to the big boy without being familiar with the maintenance and hearing everyone tell me about how expensive the maintenance is.
So far, I like the car even though I have had to go back to the dealer a few times over the past 2 weeks. I think that is the dealer's fault though. I bought a certified used car but there are issues that I think they dealer did not check before selling me the car. For instance, the Mbrace button in the car is not activated, the exterior lights on the door handles went dead on the second day. Small things but very annoying.
As I mentioned, it has only been 2 full weeks, so I am still learning the car. I am playing around with it and reading the manuals/watching the videos to learn about all the features. One thing I have to get used to is the "comfort mode". The car automatically starts up in "comfort mode" which is the mode that is designed to help save gas and be more efficient. That means the car cuts off when I stop sometimes and then starts back up when I let off the brake. It's kind of weird because 1, you can hear the turn off and start up... then there's a little lag in your take off when this happens. Benz makes it easy for you to turn this feature off with just a touch of a button though, so that's good.
Overall, I like the car and would recommend to a friend (just not the dealership I went to). I am definitely missing the size I had with my Infiniti so I will be upgrading to an S-Class when time permits.
My car buying experience at this dealership was excellent! The manager really looks out for your best interest. He went over and beyond to make sure I left with the car I really wanted. All the staff are friendly and personable. Overall, great buying experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
Just purchased a used F150. Got what I consider a really good deal. Salesman Mark was pleasant to work with. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy.
