Being in the hospitality business myself, I am driven by a level of service that creates both a memory and experience. Mercedes Benz of Huntington did not disappoint. Anthony Mastroianna was the sales associate that assisted me from start to finish. His approach was warm and welcoming and at no time during the process did I feel pressured.
I know my customer service rep a little too well...

The service at Mercedes-Benz of Huntington is wonderful. Unfortunately, I'm there too often. My 350E gets a flat or blowout frequently - a pot hole or change in weather can trigger. On Thanksgiving Day we got TWO flat tires at once, a trick to handle with only one spare. Tom Palermo handled our service needs quickly and efficiently and made it clear that I am not alone. As often as I get my flats, he assured me that other car owners get theirs far more frequently than me.
My dealership if choice for Mercedes Benz. Eric Grobert sets and surpasses the bar for service, professionalism and commitment to customer retention. He tries to secure an appt for you asap. Usually very happy with actual service, as I was this time; or so I thought. I was told it was a software issue and an oil change. $500+. As I write this review, car failed to go into gear & it is sitting at aamco for an intelligence module within the transmission, a rebuilt transmission. Estimated cost $5300! I'm not sure what MBHuntington missed, but in addition to $5300, lots of lost time & inconvenience for me.
Anthony was a terrific salesman who assisted with our sale. He was very helpful in all aspects of our sale, from purchasing to pick up. Would gladly refer any friends to this dealership and salesman. The staff are courteous and helpful. Anthony even gave us a follow up call to make sure all was well. 👍🏻
My experience at Mercedes Benz of Rockville Center exceeded my expectations. My salesperson, Jerone Sealy was exceptional, he was friendly , professional and displayed a very calm demeanor in his approach to selling. I never felt pressured. Jerone explained in detail every question I had regarding the vehicle. He was very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service from the beginning to the end of the sale. If I had to rate him from 1 - 10 he deserves an 11. Jerone Sealy thank you so much. I love my GLE 43 Coupe just as you said I would. You are a top notch salesperson!
I've been buying cars from MBRVC for ages. I think this is the 8th or 9th car that I get from Tom Ahrens at MBRVC. The amazing thing is that I didn't even have to go pick it up, it was delivered like a hot pizza! I love this place and the service they provided. My beautiful 2019 GLE AMG is beautiful and exactly what i wanted. Tom is the best and never tries to oversell you on any car! He does his job and he does it well! The entire buying process was super easy and fast. Funny thing is that we were looking to try out Range Rover down the road and they totally dropped the ball on a vehicle I ordered(after waiting months). That was a mistake trying to leave Mercedes Benz and especially Mercedes Benz of Rockville Centre. These guys are like family and I will stay with them forever! To think of it, Tom Ahrens is family and I love him and MBRVC! A+++++ in my book!!!!

He is personable, knowledgeable and worked to get the best car for our needs. He made the buying process so easy. It was really a pleasure to work with him and the staff at MBRVC. Rick provided a package of information about the SLK350 I was interested in purchasing in less then 24 hours after my initial contact. Subsequent email and phone conversations made me feel comfortable that the car and paperwork would be ready when I was able to get to the Dealership on a Sunday. This was very important to me since I was coming from Montclair NJ, a distance I did not want to travel again if there were any issues. Rick also handled a somewhat minor problem with the Service Dept car prep to my satisfaction.

Jeff Marshall went above and beyond. He answered every question asked and I was able to get into a beautiful new vehicle with ease. The general manager William(Bill) Riedel was a true gentleman constantly checking to make sure I was being accommodated and happy with my future Purchase.
Overall, I cannot say enough about this dealership.

When I got tired of the antics of the DC Metro area dealers, I decided to check out of area dealerships. In researching, I came across Helms Brothers in Bayside, New York. Through a referral, I reached out to an outstanding salesperson, Manny Rodriguez. He knows about every vehicle he sells, very professional, attentive and leaves no questions unanswered. It was a pleasure to have worked with Manny in regards to my GLA 250 lease. He is a valuable asset to Helms Brothers. He went way above and beyond to find me the perfect vehicle on my timeline and price range. Hard to believe that a dealer has awesome deals in NYC, but it's true and worth every mile to drive a little to save a lot!!! I will definitely consider Helms Brothers for future automotive needs.
