I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. Anthony from the sales staff was friendly and courteous, making the deals was easy both on price and to complete the paperwork. They also provided quick responses to fix any issue I had after delivery.
Awara and Darnell were great. Awara is quite the character, he keeps things fun and light and knows his stuff. Darnell is another wealth of knowledge and will make you feel right at home. I wasn???t the happiest with the original online and phone correspondence. Very quick off the phone, ???no negotiation,??? They confirmed the E350 I was originally looking at was available 20 minutes before I headed their way only to find out it had sold the night prior.. classic tactic that I fell for. Awara was dealt a tough hand on this one as he was thrown into this, he had no prior knowledge of me coming in or the communication I had with the online team. He found me what I needed and was able to get the price to a point I could justify. Turns out they do negotiate ;) All in all I???m happy, buying a car is never a hoot but it got the job done and Awara made it as fun as it could be and was very attentive throughout the process.
This and other Herb Chambers dealerships correctly price CPO Mercedes so you do not have to go through the absurd haggling process as with other dealerships. This transaction with Karl was handled without any issues from the moment I walked in to the dealership through the delivery of vehicle to me in New Hampshire. This included working with Darnel in their finance department to obtain excellent rates. I highly recommend this dealership and they have honored each subsequent issue with no questions asked.

I usually get SUVs or Trucks from American Brands. I wanted to get my self a really nice seadan. My buddy recommended me to go to Mercedes-Benz of Burlington before I go to any other luxury dealership.
His recommendation was spot-on. Dealership is beautiful with a waterfall fountain plus a nice cafe. The staff is extremely accommodating. I met Collin Stankard valet who took me to TJ a sales associate. TJ was patient and helped me find the right car for my needs. Chris Caputo GSM took the time and found the proper numbers to make me happy because I like to haggle. Then I sat down with Steve Baker a finance manager me made the paperwork easy peasy. Elaine PC had an awesome delivery for me. I learned the ins and outs of the car. Tim Martino the GM was out on vacation but made sure that everything was done properly and I was treated like a VIP. My father was in the car industry. I know the games and gimmicks the people like to run. I'm extremely happy that I only had to go to one place and had a great experience. I'm now part of the mbob family.
I always have an interesting car. I recently bought an AMG SLS Gullwing Coupe from MBOB. The sales associate, Mike, was exceptional. I did not have the car inspected, since MA has an auto warranty requirement. When I received the car, it did have a small oil leak. I have to say, I was concerned, since anything on an AMG car is expensive. However, after corresponding with Stephen (MBOB Service Director) and Tim (General Manager) they were good on their word and they coordinated with MB of Tucson for a valve cover gasket replacement. The car is fabulous, its condition is now perfect, MBOB's response was great, and I would not hesitate to buy a six figure car from them again!
