Greeted by sales consultant who handled the transaction professionally. Lease completed at agreed upon quote. Wife and I are pleased with our Akron Mercedes-Benz experience.
Great staff and buying experience. Just picked up a new C3004M. We thought we were going to have to order a 2018 model after searching without luck for a fully loaded model. MBofA was able to locate and secure a vehicle and get it to us in a week
I had a great experience in securing a 2017 E300. I felt appreciated from beginning to end in the process. There was no pressure to purchase anything extra. I plan to continue with Mercedes-Benz of Akron going forward. Gregg and Melanie were terrific.
We knew what type of vehicle we were looking for. The dealership had a Great selection to choose from. Our Salesman Joe did a great job helping us narrow it down and we had our vehicle in less than 2 hours. Most of my car buying experiences have taken 5 hours or more. I for once didn't feel drained leaving a lot and didn't have any second thoughts after making a purchase. Great Experience.
just so happens that this store had the model closest to the color and trim I was searching for, the other slightly younger twin, but w/3x's the miles and higher price (totally different dealer) was sold before I could check it out. No problem though, Ganley/MBofA's unit seemed to be the better vehicle, although older, but probably in a better and "closer to new" condition. I worked with Nate/Nathan.
Traveled to Canton from Cleveland due to excellent price on VW Passatt demo. Deal was as advertised. No bait and switch. James was sales person and he was excellent. All in all a good car buying experience. We ended up closing deal 45 minutes after regular closing time due to me getting stuck in traffic.
I have purchased 2 vehicles from Kempthorn in Canton Ohio and I have always purchased the service package with my new vehicles. Unfortunately, I cannot seem to make a scheduled appointment to have the regular service performed. 2 weeks out for a regular service is absolutely absurd! And that is not a morning appointment I requested. I am only told that there is "Nothing available". My previous vehicles with a different brand and dealer have always been able to get me in with out an appointment with their "Quick Lane". Its a shame (or sham) I cannot get my recommended service done at a dealer that has a quick lane but all appointments are blocked out! Looks like I will have to make a change again away from VW. The only reason for the 3 stars would be for the sales. My salesman took the time with each of my purchases and when I picked up my cars, we went through a very in depth review of the vehicle. Too bad I cannot get it serviced

Everyone we worked with during the process was very accommodating and friendly. Negotiating the trade and new car price was fair and we worked together to come up with the best deal. I did not feel like anyone was trying to "beat" me or "win" like you experience at many car dealers. Thanks.

The whole process of leasing our fifth auto from Kempthorn was very competent. Each step in the process was thoroughly explained was virtually seamless. I highly recommended Kempthorn Motors to anyone considering leasing or purchasing.
There are 2 parts to my review ... first the Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) process. They missed quite a few things that I think should have been caught so I was disappointed with the preparation of the car. I paid extra to get the CPO accreditation as compared to buying it from a wholesaler or an individual. But I expected better than what I got.
That said, the Customer Service was OUTSTANDING. From salesman (Ali) to Finance Person (Sarina) to Trainer (Skylar), I couldn't have asked for better, more involved and caring people. Especially Skylar who has actually followed up with me by email to make sure I am comfortable with the technology in this car. She is a real gem.
My new rep, Ali, has been most helpful in my ongoing purchase of a 2019 Mercedes S 63 AMG Coupe. Although they did not have one to take a test drive, he kindly found one at another dealership. I hope to make my purchase with him and the Bedford Mercedes Dealership once the pricelist for 2019 becomes available.
I recently purchased a 2013 BMW M6 from Marshall Goldman Motor Sales and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. I called on the day after Thanksgiving to see if they were open and if the car was available. The lady who answered was very kind and let me know they were open and the car was still available.
I drove out to take a look at the vehicle and was greeted at the door by a smiling face welcoming me. She told me to take a look around and she would let Joe know that I was there. I was blown away by the absolutely gorgeous and rare exotic cars everywhere! Joe immediately came out to greet me and took me to see the BMW M6. The car was exactly as described and in basically new condition. Joe answered all of my questions and highlighted some features about the car that I was not aware of. I was ready to purchase right away!
Joe walked me through all of my options for financing the vehicle and went out of his way to work with me on the numbers. I truly felt like he was trying to get me the best deal possible that would work for my budget. I wanted to think it over and speak with my wife before making the purchase so I told him I would get back to him the following day.
The next day I took my wife to look at the car and she was also impressed and told me to go ahead and buy it. Joe ended up working out an even better deal than we discussed the previous day and was able to get the payment where I needed it. I really wanted to drive away in the car and was worried because it was near closing time. Joe and his team said they would stay late to get all the paperwork done and make sure I left in my dream car!! I must say that one of the ladies in the front office, Jean, was a great help and was a pleasure to work with!
Overall, I highly recommend Marshall Goldman Motor Sales! They have an amazing selection of cars and a staff that will go the extra mile to get you in your dream car! Thanks again to Joe and his team!
I recently purchased a Mercedes C300 at this dealership and I don't know that I will ever buy a car anywhere else. The showroom is very clean and the employees are all friendly, helpful, and extremely professional.
