Beautiful, comfortable, navigation is a trip, needing winter tires when living in cold states there is a heavy noise in the rear when first taking off and turning, and living in New England the remote started stinks
The dealer offer an overall excellent experience , from sale people to fast processes, the car was received in absolute mint conditions. What I can not believe is that the dealer did not agree to provide rubber mats instead of the fabric ones in a weather like Miami... small but important black point in an otherwise white sheet of paper

I upgraded from the CLA which was fun, but not practical and underperformed. The C300 has about 40 more HP which makes a world of difference between the CLA. This means no jerky take offs or start/stops and a very smooth transition between speeds. Also a much quicker take off than the CLA. Comfort is by far the most impressive attribute. I feel like I can nap in this car. You don't feel bumps and you're completely supported in the seat as well as visibility throughout the car. Front dash has been upgraded and is attractive as well as user friendly and easy to navigate between settings and controls. The higher ground clearance also provides a better ride over the CLA. Back seat riders can enjoy the abundant space, and the trunk doesn't suffer because of it. Take this car for a spin. You won't be disappointed.
Just finished purchasing my first “big girl” car at this dealership. And from top to bottom, the absolute best staff out of ANY dealership in the south Florida area. My salesman, Santiago Rey, was amazing with me from the start. The finance director, Tony, worked incredible magic calling all the banks for me to not only get me approved, but to get me a good deal at that. Sergio, in finance, was really great, as well. This staff was 100% transparent from the beginning and nothing like the usual sleezy car sales guys. They legitimately have your back and want what’s best for you. If it wasn’t for them and their hard work and dedication, I wouldn’t have been able to drive off the lot today with my dream car on my favorite holiday. The customer service here is second to none, and I am so happy to be a part of the Mercedes-Benz family.
Overall really good. Left waiting for my rental car (without my insurance card, drivers license and credit card) for a little long (20 min) and left waiting for my car to be brought to me after repairs for a little long (10 min, while i stood where i was told to stand and literally looked right at my car, but was not able to get it myself), but everything else was very simple and smooth.
Excellent experience. The associates extremely friendly and helpful.

My C Class is good looking, stylish, comfortable, and luxurious. It is a great ride and has all the new technology. I could not have made a better choice for my first Mercedes. My last 2 cars were BMWs, but this car is more luxurious and came with so much new technology as standard. I am completely happy with this car.
service rep was extremely efficient and constantly kept me in the loop time wise as well as special data as I waited for my car. the entire staff was friendly and very knowledgeable whenever I asked a question. I would happily drive this distance just to have my car serviced at this location.
I was able to drop off my car without an appointment, in 10 minutes I was in and out of the dealer.

This car seems to have it all. The drive and the ride is great. The interior is well designed, everything is very convenient. I particularly like the driver's seat extension. It really does make driving much more comfortable. The only thing I would change is the MBtek interior. A luxury car should come with leather seats, not some sort of vinyl.
I went to Fine Cars Margate, and Thiago helped me a lot to choose the best car for me. I???m sure we will do business together again.
