We didn't deal with the Lynchburg office in person, but when I spoke with the lady in finance( I am sorry I don't remember her name) she let me know that they can ship the vehicle to our closest location. That to me is customer service! Our application was simple and we got pre qualified. Next car will be a CarMax car !!
I searched cars from cars.com and sent email to ask for availability of the car i interested in. Although i didn't get their answer, i drop by the shop after visiting two other dealershops.
Overall, i satisfied with their services. I found the cars i interested in and had test drives. The dealer i met and the manager of the shop were very kind. After comparing other options, i visited the shop again next day. I had test drive again and finally purchased the car.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
I decided after many miles of travel in my old car, it was time to look for something new. I reached out to this dealership knowing that my car had a lot of miles on it and I was probably going to be in too deep to make trading it work. They offered me well above what any other dealership had, allowed me to drive my new vehicle for the various appointments I had while they worked on the paperwork, called when it was all was ready. Went back to the dealership and was out the door in under 45 minutes.
I work with a wide range of dealers daily, and have to say, this dealership is one of the best. Highly recommend stopping in and seeing what they can do for you.

My experience purchasing a vehicle at Crossroads of Lynchburg was truly a pleasant one. The process was smooth and my salesperson, Jeff Fleenor, was great to work with. He was quick in offering us assistance upon our arrival in the parking lot and remained helpful through the end of the process. Purchased a Certified XC70. Marcelle was very helpful and very knowledgeable of the vehicle, answering all questions patiently. Service during vehicle delivery great also! We got financed, the car detailed and were ready to go in just a couple of hours. Marcelle is a good salesman . . . convinced us to "buy-up" to a better model. I had great service upon entering the dealership, meeting Jeff, looking at and test driving a 2009 Volvo XC90. I feel that I should have had recieved a better price on my trade in, or a better deal on the XC90. From the time I agreed to buy the vehicle to the time the vehicle was ready, was two months. But if you can handle that, I have nothing buy good things to say. I got a great vehicle, at 30% less than the blue book value, repairs included.
I'm thrilled with my vehicle, and I'm happy to wait a couple months in order to save several thousand dollars! If you don't need the vehicle immediately, I wouldn't go anywhere else.
