I purchase a used cls500 that had over 80,000 miles towards the end of April. This past weekend i drove from Memphis to Alabama than from Alabama to atlanta than atlanta back to Memphis. The vehicle handled very well. I have confidence that the vehicle I purchase will provide me with many many miles without and service issues. In my opinion the dealership sells quality well maintained used vehicles
great dealership. I submitted an online request on a vehicle. i got a great response, good help and great insight and help with the MB line and features. I would highly recommend contacting the deanship for a car.
emailed about a specific vehicle listed on cars, as well as the MB website. Got an auto-response back, so I drove over there anyway. the vehicle listed had been sold at auction, 3 days prior. Also found out I wouldn't be hearing back from the guy I was supposed to... because he was out sick. 1st time dealing with them.... and my last.
The staff really went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. They were courteous, knowledgeable, honest, and caring. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to stop in and check with them first.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
I just recently bought a BMW X5 from Logan "Client Advisor." He was so helpful and personable! He explained the whole process inside and out! He knows what it takes to have superior customer service and goes above and beyond that to make sure I had an easy, effortless, luxury experience. I did not know they were locally owned either! I RECOMMEND THE DEALERSHIP AND LOGAN TO EVERYONE NOW!
