Tristan, who was the one that, worked with me was so helpful in getting me the Toyota Venza. They were courteous and went beyond to help me. I was so happy to be driving all the way back to Philly with a new car. I would highly recommend going to them again and even after checking in with me to make sure everything was ok. I love my 300C with the AMG Package. You get a much sportier look and drive. The car rides very comfortably in Comfort Plus but you can put it in Sports Plus and it becomes a whole different car. It feels like the car stiffens up and the Torque is immediately right there. Also, the AMG Package comes with great brakes! At this price point, you're going to hear a slight wind noise at higher speeds and the back seats don't have a lot of legroom. But, as an entry-level Mercedes, this is the best Mercedes for value in my opinion.

Bought it as certified used with 14,000: miles and 3 years old. Absolutely love the car. Now have 60,00 miles on it. Only cost other than routine maintenance has been tires. One dislike is run flat tires. They make no sense. Also did not like the engine shut down at stops ostensibly to save fuel, but I was able to over ride that. And I bought a spare tire and wheel another major issue for me is you cand buy a trailer hitch for a C 400. You can for other C cars, but not the 400.

2013 C350 RWD, AMG Performance and Handling package. 108,000 miles. Bought this car in '16 with 40,000 Miles. It continues to serve me well. The one major problem has been an anti-theft ignition switch that only the dealer can fix. Cost 2k to fix. This is the only repaired I've needed. I have had all scheduled maintenance done, Runs quite well, and still has great performance. Handling is the best.

Fortunately for me I had the best experience with Mercdes of Smithtown. I own a seamless Gutters company and have purchased 4 Diesal mercedez trucks since 2020. Joe my sales men went above and beyond. The dealership treated me so fairly. We did business by phone and I could not say better things about this location. In fact I will be calling them to buy another truck soon. Keep up the great work, and awesome Customer service.
