I walked into the dealership after buying seven BMW previously.. I told Chris Fash the options I wanted In my 320 BMW and the colors I preferred..He did not have it at the dealership but Located it at another dealership with in 24 hours.We negotiated the price in 15 minutes and I picked up the car a week later. I packed up the car and was out of the dealership within the hour. This made buying process very streamlined and efficient. My time is very important to me, and they respect others.
I just recently purchased a X3 and couldn???t be happier with purchase and experience, especially with being a new customer to BMW. Maria, thank you for everything and of course to my salesman, Kyle Gries for taking the time to make everything run smoothly and being so attentive. He was so personable, and could answer any question I asked. Even after, he took the time to make sure I was happy with my purschase, and I know if I still had any questions, he would still answer. Thank you for all that you did, and I would always refer him to anyone I talk to!
With a bit a creative financing Matthew was able to allow me to upgrade to a vehicle that initially, potentially seemed to be out of reach. He also allowed me out get out of my current lease two months early. All the details of turning in my old vehicle were taken care of. I was very pleased.
Tony Watson and Mike Valentino in Service department are great to deal with. Did an awesome job on how they made sure my Audi RS5 was fully wrapped in plastic before performing work. It was like a surgical procedure was being done on my car. Tony kept me informed on when my car would be ready and had loaner car waiting for me when I arrived. Just awesome people to deal with.
My vehicle shopping experience was a most positive and enjoyable one! My welcoming received from the greeters, and service from the sales and finance team - all the way up to The GENERAL MANAGER was absolutely amazing ! I just came home with my new E class and I cannot say enough great things about my car buying experience, once I met Gina Patano. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Gina. From start to finish she was incredibly honest, upfront, helpful and there was no pressure. She listened to what I wanted and found me the perfect car, without any bait and switch. This was not the case with some of the other dealers I had visited prior to working with Gina. I hope she stays at Ray Catena Freehold, for many more years, because I look forward to an ongoing relationship , and more positive car buying experiences in the future.
Frankie, who was my sales rep for my new lease, is by far the best sales rep I have ever worked with. He is honest, loyal, hardworking, and truly went above and beyond to not only find the vehicle that I wanted, but to help get me where I wanted to be financially. He is professional and always responded immediately while negotiating. What I valued the most in this experience with Frankie is that he is a man of his word. When I went to the dealership to pick up the vehicle, not only was the car and paperwork waiting for me, but the deal stood exactly how Frankie promised. I did not walk into any surprises. This meant a lot to me as I traveled from an hour away to pick up the car. I would give Frankie a 10 out of 10 and would highly recommend him to anyone in the market for a new Mercedes Benz. My first purchase in 2012 was wonderful experience with Tim Welsh. As the years have gone by , I have also dealt with Ed and Griffin in Sprinter Sales, all of the sales personnel making car / van buying a very easy process. John and Michael in service have been keeping the " fleet " running perfectly, Finance department easy to deal with, and of course Richard who knows everything about the MB lineup and never far away to help navigate the MB command system.
I???m 67 years old and can finally give an excellent rating to a car dealer. Joe Barile my salesman was exceptional And extremely patient. I left with a beautiful brand new Mercedes coupe at a great price. If you???re looking for a Mercedes this is the dealership to go to.
Anthony has been servicing my S class MB and my prior E class for ten years. His service is top notch because of his professionalism, automotive knowledge and attention to detail. If you are getting your MB serviced at Contemporary. He is the Service Advisor I would recommend.
I have been buying MB cars from this dealership for the past 25 years and last August I made a mistake. I decided to purchase a different make of car, it was an Audi. Within the first 2 weeks of owning the car I had a problem with it. So I called the dealer and told them of the problem and the first thing out of their mouth was they had no loaner cars but they gave me the name of a local cab company. I said to myself I just spent the better part of $58k and these bozos promised me no one had better service than them, as long as you didn???t need any help. I waited another two months and finally decided that for my money I???m like everyone else, I don???t want to hear a bunch of bs excuses, I want the help I was promised when this dealership did their song and dance to sell me their Audi A6. So, after owning it for about 5 months I drove down to Contemporary Motors, my local MB dealer in Little Silver, NJ and bought myself a 2018 S450-4matic and returned to excellent service and more important to me, an honest dealer with no sneaky dealer add-ons when I bought the car and if the truth be told they were $2,000 less than the nearest other quote I got. If an MB car is on your horizon ask for Eric Jastram and tell him Barry sent you, you???ll be happy you shopped there, for real.
We love how Contemporary Motors simply ???takes care of us!??? We have purchased dozens of cars over the years but, have never felt the ???care??? and professionalism that we have found in purchasing our last two cars!
I just want to say that academy Honda was a very straight forward dealership when it came to pricing and their service was great . I came in originally to purchase a used Honda Accord and ended up leaving with a new accord and couldn???t be happier ! Bryan was very easy to work with and went over all the features of the new car with me .
