The staff I interacted with at Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis provided excellent service. I found a pre owned SUV on an internet search and called to confirm details of the offering. The used vehicle sales manager, Rori, and my sales agent, Mia, responded to my questions promptly and explained the "out-of-state" buying process in a comprehenisve manner. I agreed to a place a deposit and drove 120 miles to potentially complete the process. The vehicle exceeded my expectations as it was a one owner, fully serviced, and apparently garage kept beauty. The physical dealership was a first class facility and it was easy to view and test drive the ML350. Buying and closing process was efficient with optional coverage presented without pressure to buy. I readily recommend this dealership based upon my buying experience.

It was a great experience buying mt car at the dealership. The look and features of the car is what attracted me to it. Donte is a great salesman, he is very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and show me how to use all the features that the car has.

Khalid is good, but Tyson Mercedes is greedy. Khalid wore a sharp tailored suit which is unheard of in the dealerships where I am from. He was very professional, pointing out flaws in the paint he offered to fix before I could point out the ones I saw. He respected my time which was less than ideal for making a purchase today. We made a handshake on a good deal, but it's been over 6 hours and I still haven't seen my "deal" in writing with an out the door quote. As far as Tyson Mercedes, the vehicle which was just "front end aligned" last week had one tire about 5-6 pounds low, and this was not noticed with the yellow light on the dash when it was pulled around for me earlier in the day. The test drive was not safe to conduct other than around the corner and back at slow speed, so I have no idea how it really handles. The biggest issue I have is the dealership assessing a "non-negotiable" sky-high processing fee which is nearly $1000, probably among the highest in Virginia. It doesn't cost $1000 for the 15 minutes of work it takes to process the sale and send the documents to DMV, etc. If they want this kind of fee, they should be selling vehicles $1000 below market value, and not even bothering marking them up $3000 over market value! Be prepared to negotiate $3000-4000 down just to get to the market price on a used vehicle! After you get to market price, make them take off some of the $1000 processing fee from the sale price or walk off the lot and go buy the same thing from another dealer who only charges $500 or less in processing fees. If it's taxable, it's negotiable! Do your research and use online tools to know the market value before you visit any dealership!

Dean Cunningham, the sales manager, also helped work out the details. My wife and I have been buying Mercedes cars from this dealership for over forty years and each transaction had been superb.

I purchased the 2026 GLE 450 for my birthday. Brenden Fretz was my sales associate and he was so nice and helpful . Extremely knowledgeable and went over and beyond to show me all the vehicles I was interested in. He even drove to another lot to pick up the GLA 300 so I could look at it. My purchase was seamless and I never felt forced. Everyone involved in this purchase was professional and eager to be of assistance. 10/10 I definitely recommend! I traveled 2 hours to purchase a SUV from M&M. I must have called Tim and Mike 5 times before I made the trip. They were extremely helpful and patient with me considering I had a thousand questions! 2012 C250 Coupe summer 2014 CPO purchase. Odometer read 23000 mile as I wrote a check for $2500. Now at 42,000 miles this beautiful Iridium Silver coupe has one repair issue (ESL) It's the best looking car I've ever owned. An 850 mile round trip to AZ - mostly interstate - showed 35 MPG. I rarely push the turbo 4 - - - but when I do - the car responds in a - at least to me - a satisfying manner! In addition to decent highway fuel economy and adequate low end torque the car is just plain gorgeous - inside and out.

The manager, Pascuale, bent over backwards to accomodate me. The finance manager (Sue Kim) was very transparent. Absolutely love it, loaded with features including self parking. Sports car with different drive modes and yet luxury comfortable. So far not a single issue, very reliable. Highly recommend.

While getting groceries out of my car, My trunk came down on my head (C-300, 2017). Sometimes trunk opens after I lock the car. This is dangerous. What is the problem?

We have a model 3 but we want a more comfortable car with similar performance on gas. This car with all the technology packages are more comfortable than model 3 but as smart in terms of driving assistance.
