We recently bought a 2016 Siena van from Rogers. Honestly, I was dreading shopping for a used car because of the usual high pressure techniques that many dealerships use. I have to say Rogers is the best experience I have ever in my 45 years of car buying. Mark Carrillo took very good care of us. I can’t say enough good about my experience with this dealership.
Kristen Baker was my service advisor when I recently took my car in for service and repairs. I was treated to excellent customer service by not only Kristen but everyone I dealt with at Alderson. It is refreshing to get above and beyond care that Alderson provides. They are a first class dealer.
My car's engine was destroyed in a flash flood. Dakota was the service advisor. He kept me advised every step of the way in having the car repaired. He never seemed rushed when he talked with me and he answered all my questions. He seemed to genuinely care about the work being done and that I was kept informed. Well done, Dakota.
We had an issue with our prepaid service from a previous dealer showing up as expired and instead of just charging us they helped get the problem solved and took the initiative to help us. Very impressed with their integrity to help us.
This is our third vehicle we have bought from this dealership and have always had great experiences. We had car trouble 3 days after purchasing our vehicle. We were able to contact Frank and he put us in touch with the right people and got us taken care of even though it was 8 at night. We were towed and given a rental to continue with our trip. The sales managers and Don went above and beyond to get us taken care of and to make sure our vehicle was fixed and taken care of. Don kept in touch with us daily to let us know the status of our repairs and it was a big relief knowing we were being taken care of while out of town. The only downfall of this was of course the vehicle trouble but also the sales process. Our salesman Paulino kept having to ask my husband what his name was and the overall experience with him was not what we have experienced in the past. When we had the car trouble everyone was very apologetic and went out of their way to help us, the only response we received from the guy who sold us the vehicle was "Oh, well that's nothing I can control". We will continue to purchase future vehicles from this dealership and I recommend to anyone purchasing a vehicle to always ask for Frank!
