Satisfying Experience I went to this dealership on a whim just to get familiar with the different types of cars they had. I knew I wanted my first Mercedes-Benz but I wasn’t sure which class I wanted. There was a lady salesperson I don’t recall her name whom I had a conversation with but she had to leave so she introduced me to Michael Nwachukwu. He was kind and very patient seeing that I had a thousand and one questions I’m sure he would agree. 😊 Michael took me on a test drive and I fell in love with the GLC 300 and that was all it took. The next day I was back wanting to put a deposit down on the car so they would hold it for me. I love how Michael always greeted me by my name when I walked into the dealership as if he had known me for years. Although he didn’t know it that is one of my biggest pet peeve’s for a person to not remember my name so he immediately got a 10 with me. Went in to look for a used car. Salesman was not pushy. Found what I was looking for and immediately walked us out to the car and offered a demo ride. Also offered to get another one I was potentially looking at shipped to local dealer for my review. I did not purchase from them but based on my experience I will definitly go back in the future.

While getting groceries out of my car, My trunk came down on my head (C-300, 2017). Sometimes trunk opens after I lock the car. This is dangerous. What is the problem?

Zac my service advisor was very helpful in securing my loaner car for the day and kept me informed as to the progress of the service. When returned to pick up vehicle it was conveniently parked right at the door! Easy in and easy out service!

Super professional staff, respectful of time and cost. Love the little extras that make you feel appreciated. Theres a screen with your name on it when you arrive at your service appointment, comfy waiting area and water and coffee.

Comfortable vehicle. Gas mileage is good and I use premium. No major issues thus far and anything that has happened like battery was covered under warranty.
