Truly great car driven it 20k miles over the year, no issues whatsoever (with proper maintenance of course). It gets Great gas mileage, some trips up to 28MPG!

Absolute best used car experience to date (47 yrs worth). Kevin and Pete were wonderful, very honest with every detail of the vehicle and process. I drove up from Atlanta GA 3hrs because of the pictures, documents and conversation with Kevin about the vehicle. I've been looking for weeks and seen may similar vans but by far this one was the best option for me and to make a 3hr drive i had to be completely comfortable with the details about the vehicle and price. No games at all. and they went way above and beyond even traveling 30 miles out of the way when I mistakenly setup to drop off my rental car at the wrong location. Most reliable and usefull car I've had as a daily driver. Everything in the interior is placed where it should be found functionally. Power, while not a muscle car, is more than adequate. Gas mileage is excellent. Adjusting from Comfort to Sport make a very noticeable impact on the driving experience from gear shifting to steering...

While getting groceries out of my car, My trunk came down on my head (C-300, 2017). Sometimes trunk opens after I lock the car. This is dangerous. What is the problem?

Bennie Barcroft was extremely helpful and supplied me with any information needed. He even picked me up at the airport when i flew to Knoxville to pick up the Metris. The Metris is a great vehicle. I am sorry Mercedes has chosen to drop the model from their U S product line.

Absolutely love it, loaded with features including self parking. Sports car with different drive modes and yet luxury comfortable. So far not a single issue, very reliable. Highly recommend.

Sales was great. Other reviews state they did not reach out. This dealership was the most laid back I have been to. I am not sure why others want sales guys calling them back to back? I'd rather come somewhere like here. They gave me the keys and 30 mins to look over the car MYSELF without standing over my shoulder. These men DO IT RIGHT! Thank you fellas.

I love my 300C with the AMG Package. You get a much sportier look and drive. The car rides very comfortably in Comfort Plus but you can put it in Sports Plus and it becomes a whole different car. It feels like the car stiffens up and the Torque is immediately right there. Also, the AMG Package comes with great brakes! At this price point, you're going to hear a slight wind noise at higher speeds and the back seats don't have a lot of legroom. But, as an entry-level Mercedes, this is the best Mercedes for value in my opinion.

Just bought a nice used Maxima here this weekend. I will have to say that Brandon Comer (sales) and Javier Escobar (finance) were a pleasure to deal with. Such down to earth personalities, friendly, sincere, and helpful. I actually identified a vibration / wheel issue with this vehicle during the test drive. They did not hesitate to address the issue fully and we were able to finalize the deal in a couple of days. Other that that small hiccup, the dealwas so simple and painless. My wife and I would definitely consider buying from this dealership again. It is a beautiful establishment and everyone we came in contact with were so nice and thoughtful.
