I went to numerous dealers over the past few months. Most of them have been nightmares. From the second I walked in the employees were friendly and helpful. The truck I got was so much more then I expected. But I basically got a new truck . They worked with me and helped me figure out the best plan for me. I'm glad I chose to go to this dealership. I would definitely recommend it.

I bought a 2015 Audi A3 Convertible from Rich at eimports4less and I'm very happy. It was such a simple process and was all over in a few days. I sent an email through the website that I was interested in the car one night and sent the email to see if the car was still available and Rich called me the next day. After we spoke, we suggested that I complete financing form with a deposit. Afterwards, I was approved and could pick up the car in two days. You can't beat that...... The pick up also went smoothly and Rich was very accommodating and thorough. I felt the exchange was honest and didn't feel like I had somehow in the end, been cheated. I would recommend Rich to others in a heart beat!!
Had a flat tire and was in the Ft Washington area visiting during the Holidays from out of town. They did an amazing job coordinating with my dealership in NYC and locating my Tire Insurance plan in order to ensure I got processed correctly and didn't have to pay out of pocket for changing my Tires. Great run dealership! I would recommend.
My wife and I just stopped by Last Monday to investigate a lease price on a new Rogue. Had no real intentions of purchasing then due to the fact that we still had 3 lease payments to make on our Altima. We were greeted By Sales Associate Tim Kaplan, He asked what our intentions were & explained our options in depth. He was very patient & very knowledgeable in regard to the Rogue models as well as the amenities & trim levels that were available. We spent a good 45 minutes to an hour looking for a vehicle and then test driving one. We did not expect to take a Rogue home that night, however after negotiating with Tim and then with the store manager Tyler Forzani getting involved, we decided to lease our vehicle that night. A very nice experience and both Tim & Tyler were wonderful to deal with. I did not get involved in the financing portion of the transaction as my wife handled that part. However, she said that the finance manager Pete S. was very friendly and helpful while explaining all of the transaction details also. While I waited for the vehicle to be readied for delivery I spent time chatting with another very friendly sales associate Charlie Gheya. Julie greeted me with a big smile and kind words when I informed her I was interested in a car she has on her lot. Her service from beginning to end was knowledgeable and professional. I just bought a 2019 GLA from Vasil. I am in LOVE with the car and Vasil made the process so easy! He even secured the car for me before it had arrived to the US. Vasil patiently answered my millions of questions and followed up after I took the car home to make sure everything was as it should be. We had in mind to buy Lexus RX350 and went to Mercedes-Benz of Princeton to take a look into GLE350. After we met Chris Popin we have slowly started building confidence that GLE350 is the best car and for the better price. He gave excellent overview and represented us to get best deal for us. If he is not the sales person, we should not have gone for GLE350. He is an Awesome person with lots of positive approach.
