Was having constant headliner rattling noise either from headliner or panoramic roof. First took vehicle to Tyson's Corner Mercedes-Benz, Service Writer assistant manager Told me the noise was coming from the headliner and needed to be replaced which requires removing the front windshield which mostly break on the removal process and replaced with a non Mercedes-Benz original acoustic windshield. I decided I needed a second opinion service appointment at Mercedes-Benz of Chantilly. With a good news phone call message from service advisor: Cristian Grijalva that the headliner was not the issue it was the panoramic roof assembly parts that needed to to lubed. The headliner/roof noise is now gone. "Thank you MB Chantilly"
Found the car I wanted on line and drove four hours to the dealership to make the trade. Dennis Epps made it happen without a hitch. He is a top tier salesperson, from who I would buy another car in the future. All in all an excellent way to buy a great car.

Just purchased the car from the dealer. They lied about final cost. Broughtvcar to be cleaned properly 3 times . Dropped something on my hood while cleaning it that left a deep ugly gash in the paint . Then offers me $300 dollars to have it cleaned properly. The switched hoods had paint tested by a certified custom shop. With swirls and paint thickness so off it will coat $2k + with other scratches the dealer lied about be removed. .. My uncle came to buy another benz and seen my car first and walk away . Called MBS. Said They dealer would contact me never heard from them. Requested paper work on the car from Finance, I been sick a few months again..will see them soon, O yeah they tried to scam me for a oil change on a car I had 6 months put under 3k miles on the car have a dog light issue that brought in for Never even looked at it. Said I will get my Mats never received never received door lights . . If you put $10k on a car you dont add finance charges to Downpayment..

You can always come home. Our family has purchased a number of Mercedes from this dealership. So when it was my turn, staff was most happy to accommodate me. My sales consultant wasted no time showing me what was new AND what future models entailed. I trusted my consultant. He advised that the 2019 model of the GLE 43 AMG coupe would be available soon. So my sales consultant began the process of securing my vehicle. I figured I???d have it by November, my birthday month. My sales consultant and the sales manager kept me posted on the status of my vehicle request. When Mercedes ran into difficulties at the port, ???my family ??? combed the states looking for a replacement. My consultant secured the vehicle and had it delivered to the dealership. Ms. Richardson???s customer service and professionalism are exceptional. Prior to meeting Ms. Richardson, my Husband was in contact with her and provided detailed information as to what I was seeking for in my next car (i.,e., model and desired features.) My Husband forwarded Ms. Richardson a picture of exactly what I was interested in which included my ???must have??? features. He explained to Ms. Richardson that if the car did not have my ???must have??? features, I would be disappointed. Ms. Richardson conducted her research and was very successful with finding ???exactly??? what I was wishing for in my next vehicle. Her full attention to detail was superb. While signing the paperwork, she was very thorough and explained each step which made the process move along so smoothly. In addition to the above, my Husband and I were caught in traffic and arrived later than as planned. Ms. Richardson stayed late to accommodate our needs.
